1. I am working as a Design Engineer in HCL Technologies, Bangalore, supporting UTC Carrier in
HVAC(Heat Ventilation & Air Conditioning) related systems.
2. I am also working on ATM(Air Terminal Module) unit, supporting France team.
3. Have good knowledge in drafting and I am also aware of different drawing standards.

Tool Knowledge:
1. At present using CREO 2.0. It is a tool from PTC(Parametric Technologies Corporation).Creo is
basically next version of PRO-E 5.0.

knowledge in Piping, Cabling & Wiring.
3. Have knowledge in Windchill which is a PDM tool.

Previously working as Graduate Trainee (Design & Engineering), in Design Department in Promac
Engineering Industries Ltd. Allahalli, off Kanakapura Road, Bengaluru-5600062. This organization carries
turnkey projects for cement plants & coal handling plants (CHP) in thermal power plants. Design,
Manufacturing & supply of engineering products & customised solutions & systems for process industries.
Designing belt conveyors for bulk materials handling in cement plants. Belt conveyors used in power
plants for conveying coal & other minerals & in cement plants for conveying limestone, gypsum, coal &
other additives.
Job Description: Detailed designing of Belt Conveyors used in Bulk Material Handling in Cement
industries., Steal industries, & Thermal Power Plants. Belt conveyor precision designing based on
requirement & capacity of bulk material handling plant considering all the parameters such as load, tension,
conveyance, trestle-gallery structure, electrical & other mechanical accessories(LT motors, gear box,
couplings).
Belt conveyor power calculation done by program built by the company itself. Designing all individual
conveyor equipments like pulleys(Drive & non drive). Gravity Take-ups(Screw, horizontal & vertical) etc.
Also having basic knowledge in heavy material handling equipments like Apron Feeders, Vibro Feeders,
Rotary Vane Feeders(RVF), Stacker & Reclaimer, Bucket Elevator(conveying material 90º vertically), Deep
Bucket Conveyor.
