Academic Project: - Performance Improvement in Soot Blower by Using Modification & automation.
Description: As a part of academic requirement, we developed soot blower. This project was sponsored by
Krishna Foods Ltd, Jalgaon. Company had given us a task of improving boiler efficiency & steam
consumption reduction. Project started to hit steam consumption for the target of 40 % reduction with
respect to current steam consumption. To save steam energy, we focused on the mechanical linkage
losses & developed Gear-Cam follower system over the existing wheel & chain arrangement. Doing
so, we could save 43% of the steam & able to increase boiler efficiency.
Extra-Curricular:
 Awarded as Winner in Technical event Auto-Cad in TECHNO-ARENA 2012.
 Annual Sport Event coordinator in Cricket 2014
 Represented GCOE, Jalgaon in inter College Cricket competition and Kabaddi.
