Audit future plan
To make sure calibration of Testing Lab is valid QA & Testing lab personnel’s will check out
closely to ensure Customer delight.
SOP & approval sample are must to get quality bags & at the same time to ensure
specification is firmly maintained. So, QA team as well as responsible departments will play
an important role to implement throughout the factory within next month.
Edge paint SOP is updated; in some areas SOP board is not updated. QA team along with IE
department will work together to update the places where SOP is not updated so as to
ensure our one of the core values Quality Consciousness.
Maintenance record book of different machineries is updated routinely but not in a
standardized way. So, Authorized persons are working on it to make it in the standard way
throughout the factory.
Some times it is found that sop is not placed as per running production due to lay out
change & lack of awareness. Our management deigns regular training program to develop
Kaizen Mindset among all members of the Ventura family and also Ventura Leatherware
Mfy (BD) Ltd. is a Learning Organization.
QA will closely follow up production floor to ensure all SOP is approved by PE department.
If any SOP is found without PE approval, QC should send back the SOP to PE department for
approval. Through this we can avoid wrong/not approved SOP in the production floor as well
as our last value- Mutual Trust and Respect.
