This training helped me to know some information about banking operations like opening
accounts in their various forms, deposits and granting loans in addition to banking products like
CDs (certificates of deposit). Also I know the working mechanism inside branches where I
know how to behave with customers and how to offer them the products depend on rules like
KYC (Know your customer) and CDD (Customer documentation due diligence). With this
ways I learned that I must have documented and accurate information about my customers to
ensure that there is no risk in dealing with the client and offer them what suits their financial
abilities and needs, In addition to pay attention to customer complaints and deal with them
seriously and work to solve any problem quickly. Also I became aware of certain rules
governing the work inside the banking sector related to legal and financial aspects such as
documentation, exchange and interest rates, which are placed by the CBE (Central bank of
Egypt).
