Subdivision.
Lot 9 is a 0.346 acre lot and will have 89.49’
of frontage along Broadway.
Waiting for approval from CPS Energy.
Any required easements for utilities will need
to be added to the plat prior to recording.

regulations found in the City’s
adopted zoning code, at the time of
permitting.
