• Centralized Background Music Systems: AGC’s Centralized
Background Music Systems take care of multiple zone music in different
areas of the Hotel, i.e. Restaurants, Lobby Area, Pre-function, Swimming
Pool and more. It works on the latest Audio backbone with audio
networking using Cobranet, Digital Audio bus or Ethersound. These are
tuned to the ambient sound levels and adjust the volume accordingly. For
example at late night when the sound levels are low in the lobby, the music
is soft and the volume increases during the day to adjust with the sound
created with increased movement of people.
• Digital Signage and Way Finder: Enhance your hotel’s brand and
provide a rich guest experience by installing rich graphical images at
locations like the Lobby, Business / Meeting / Conference Centers, Spa,
etc.
• Hotel Phones and Voice Mail: A telephone system is still the primary
means by which a guest seeks services as well as information during the
stay. The Handsets can be a combination of analog, digital or IP. AGC
provides a faceplate on these handsets that matches with the Hotel Décor
and the Brand. The Voice Messaging System supports multiple languages
and Wakeup Call function.
5. • Touch Screen Devices: With customers carrying their own Smart
Touch Screen phones and Tablets, AGC offers applications that allow a
guest to carry out all self service actions from their own device. Even room
automation applications can be embedded on a hotel provided tablet,
making it very convenient and an extremely rich experience for the guests.
The Hotel Front Office will also be equipped with up-to date tablets,
making it possible for VIP Guests to process their Check-In while walking
to their respective rooms instead of waiting in long queues at the
reception.

• Banquet Hall / Meeting Room Solutions: Your large banquet hall is
your USP to attract business. But mere size does not suffice to get
conferences and seminars organized in your premises. You need
technologically advanced solutions to meet client’s expectations. With
AGC Networks’ Solutions suite, it is possible to set up multiple screens for
various possible stage locations based on individual and combined
banquet hall sizes, interior limitation and viewing distances.
AGC provides equipments like HD cameras (wall or ceiling mounted /
motorized, hidden and exposed), projectors (even motorized and of
intensities as per your need), sound enforcing ceiling speakers and
microphones (wired and wireless). Solutions like IP addressable Individual
and combined AV Controls with wireless or wired touch panels, are

• Converged IP Infrastructure: Today the Telephone, Internet, Cable TV
/ IT TV and even WiFi are considered as basic amenities. Traditionally the
hospitality industry would use separate cables and networks to provide
these services in guest rooms. Thus increasing Capex and operating
expenses significantly. AGC offers GPON Fiber-to-the-room based
solution where all services get transported on a single fiber cable. Thus
providing scalability for future and significantly reducing Capex and
operating expenses.
• Unified Billing with PMS Interface: AGC provides Unified Billing
Solutions to collate all due payments from a customer including his stay,
usage (internet, call, mini bar), room status, etc. and directly posts it into
the Property Management System (PMS) simplifying room management
for your front desk.

precautions and implementing surveillance and access control solutions in

• IP Surveillance: AGC deploys end-to-end surveillance solutions
including camera, network, monitors, storage and necessary applications
completing perimeter surveillance as per your requirements. These can be

• Passport Scanners: Build a positive customer experience through
guided Check-in. Your guests must not be kept waiting to get their
documents like ID card and passport scanned at the front desk. AGC offers
solutions which capture accurate data and updates it in hotel PMS. The
application also generates “C” Form as per Government requirements and
even ensures validity of Passports, IDs and Visas (counter fraud) from a
single application.
• Smart Alert: In times of crisis the duty manager has to immediately notify
all the guests, security, general management and others. Carrying out this
work manually in a stipulated time may not be possible. The Smart Alert
Solution from AGC can take an input manually or from a software
application and initiate a blast dial. In this either a pre-recorded
announcement or a new announcement can be recorded on the fly. The
System will dial out to all users in matter of minutes and play the
announcement. This can also be triggered by an SMS.
