Take and place calls using ViewPoint. Click or drag-&-drop to transfer or
conference calls. Point-&-click to park or hold calls.
Hold conference calls
Arrange impromptu conference calls using ViewPoint or set up pre-
arranged managed conferences.
Show availability status
Check if a colleague is at a meeting, traveling or contactable by phone
before attempting to make or forward a call to them.
Use a single telephone number
Multiple Wave solutions can be networked to connect users at multiple
locations enabling you to provide staff with easy inter-site calling and

WAVE IP PHONES
Wave supports combinations of wired and wireless SIP phones (including soft phone clients), digital
telephones, and analogue endpoints.
WIRELESS HANDSETS
Handset solutions are available which can provide mobility around a site. If required solutions can
be provided which are suitable for use in harsh and hazardous working environments.
DESK HANDSETS
The desk handsets offer feature sets and styles that can be matched to different work roles. There
is a choice of an IP or digital handsets and you can see all the styles clearly in the handset gallery.
IP HANDSETS
To take full advantage of IP telephony, you need an IP phone. The Edge 5000 series offers a range
of IP desk handsets that address the needs of low call volume users to the sophisticated needs of
executives and global communicators.
EDGE 5000I-8
The Edge 5000i-8 is an entry-level telephone with the functionalities
that come from IP technology. The phone can be used in lobbies,
conference rooms and for everyday office use.
The 5000i-8 users have a convenient single button access to call
conferencing, call transferring, redial and call log lists with 8
programmable features and 3 soft keys.
It provides cost-effective power options (PoE or AC) and like the
other phones in the series has enhanced audio quality.
EDGE 5000I-24
The Edge 5000i-24 is mid end professional level IP phone.
The 5000i-24 incorporates professional-level functionality
designed to boost the productivity of managers or "answering"
positions (receptionists, assistants) with reliable functions and 24
programmable features keys. .
It offers advanced communications capabilities including call
routing table, a 240x56 pixel grayscale backlit display and flexible
two-position adjustable foot stand.
EDGE 5000-LLCD
The Edge 5000-LLCD provides high end functionalities
designed to boost the productivity of knowledge workers and
other key employees as well as administrative personnel.
Its stylish design embeds 10 line appearances on the silver
part of the phone without compromising the professional look
and feel of the phone.
It incorporates the largest LCD grayscale display (240x144) of
the series with white-backlit. A flexible two-position adjustable
foot stand ensures optimised viewing angles.
DIGITAL HANDSETS
The Edge 700 family offers a range of digital handsets. These ergonomic, feature-rich phone sets
offer comprehensive business class capabilities at an affordable price. The Edge 700 is available in
either 8 or 24 button options.

The Edge 700 - 8-button handset offers the benefits of a fully
featured digital telephone. It is the choice for organisations
wanting an attractively priced digital handset for employees who
need an everyday easy to use comprehensively featured
telephone

The Edge 700 - 24 button offers similar benefits to the 8 button
handset with a range of additional features including,

ViewPoint is a desktop and mobile application that delivers Wave's full suite of advanced integrated
applications to the user. It provides every user with advanced desktop call management, secure
instant messaging, presence management, call recording and more.
ViewPoint’s powerful feature set is available to desktop users, remote users, and mobile users and
includes the ability to switch seamlessly between the ViewPoint desktop client and ViewPoint
Mobile.
