1. Develop a youth training plan on how to prepare a team or group oof youth for participation in a
youth leadership event such as, (FFA event, 4H, athletic team event, or any other type of youth
event). This is a document you can give to each member so that they understand the level of
commitment, effort and quality of work/behavior expected from them.
2. Having volunteers to assist with youth development activities is vital to an
organization'/team/group success. you are to develop a plan and appropriate materials for
recruiting volunteers to assist with your program. Your plan should include the following:
characteristics of individuals you seek as a volunteer, job description of what the volunteer will be
required to do and a description of how you will recognize them for their service.
