11. The Journey towards a 2014 dual-fuel fleet of 110 vehicles
•2007: Trialled our first Dual Fuel tractor at our Haydock depot
•2008:Our first Dual fuel truck delivered products to our first environmentally built store in Dartmouth

This trailer uses an
eco-friendly refrigeration
System initially developed
for deep sea containers.
It is a world first for
transporting chilled and
frozen goods using
natural refrigerant.
Following a two year successful trial with frozen food we are now looking to extend our partnership with Carrier Transicold and use this technology in our chilled chain

16. •Stability in future duty rate for road fuel gas required 
–Duty differential between main rate of fuel duty and rate for road fuel gases –LNG, CNG, bio methane to be maintained at current levels until 2024
•Development of national refuelling infrastructure on main motorway routes
•Securing bio methane supplies for the transport sector
•Derogations in vehicle weights and dimension limits to allow for new tanks and equipment
•Better understanding of the barriers to wider uptake and work collaboratively to remove them
•Enable reporting of bio methane via Green Gas Certificates in carbon reporting
