Dear Sirs,
We are pleased to assign job work amounting to Rs. 1O.OO lacs as llnd prize in Kota
Hackathon - August, 2017 to your team (Members as referred above). The project assigned
to your team is as under -
"Education - online content"
A brief scope of work is enclosed herewith (Annexure A). For the project your Officer
lncharge cum Mentor would be Mrs. Jyoti Luhadia, System Analyst (Joint Director),
Department of lr&c. The Terms & condition of the project for it to be deemed successful
would be -
1. Total maximum time period for implementation of the project would be 6 months.
The time period can be extended on your request only in case of dependencies
beyond your control.
2. A document elaborating the scope after due study and discussion with the project
OIC by way of Project Report would have to be submitted within 30 days from
receipt of acceptance from your side.
3. Your team can perform from offsite or from office of Department of lT&C.
4. ln case of offsite working, regular interaction with OIC along with weekly or
fortnightly VCs will have to be ensured.
5. The development environment can be provided by Department of lT&C.
6. On completion of development the source code will have to be deployed at the State
Data Center. DolT&C will ensure tests such as Load Testing and Safe to Host
(Security Audit). Any patching and amendments will have to be taken care of by
you r team.

2. 7. The source code would be treated as co-owned by DolT&C and your team, and
DolT&C would have right to unlimited usage.
8. On successful completion, as certified by OIC concerned, Award amount of Rs. 10.00
lacs would be transferred in the name and bank account as given by your team
(under joint signatures of all the team members).
Kindly convey your acceptance of terms & conditions and details regarding joint bank
account of all the team members. The acceptance may be provided within 7 days from
issue of this letter in the attached format (Annexure B).
