• Oversaw a team of 14 timekeepers in timekeeping department, which recorded time for 8000 personal assistants.
• Processed payroll for 120 administrative employees on a bi-weekly basis.
• Set up all statutory benefit deductions.
• Calculated and recorded vacation, sick and personal time off accruals for administrative employees.
• Approved and processed payroll adjustments for all Personal Assistants, including stop payments and issuance of manual

• Posted Payroll Journal Entries in General Ledger.
• Reviewed and approved any positive pay for all bank accounts.

• Oversaw and supervised company’s multi-state semi-monthly payroll processing.
• Managed Payroll and Human Resource functions, analyzed and reconciled all employee payroll benefit deductions such as
medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability plans, HSA contributions.
• Interviewed prospective candidates for various companies’ open positions and prepared a new hire packages.
