Minerfa Trading is an export house established in 1985 dealing with readymade garments. Specializing
in ladies and kids wear, they are a medium size company dealing in bulk quantities and are one of the
leading companies in the export of garments to African countries. With a staff of only 21 members,
Minerfa was a perfect platform for me to explore all areas of business and expand my knowledge and
skills in every area.
Worked as Senior Sales Representative. My duties and responsibilities consist of:
 Handled Sales.
 Solely in charge in bringing up the company brand.
 Visited factories overseas for understanding of the product for better sales.
 Regular negotiations with the customers ensuring best rate in the market to have a

Alamdar Trading Co. is an enterprise dealing with readymade garments and has been in the market
since 1973 making it one of the oldest trading firms in Dubai (UAE). Being the first company that I
worked for, it provided me with great knowledge of that particular field and helped me get acquainted
to the various aspects of business, especially selling. Being in the business for such a long time,
Alamdar boasts of a wide and mixed customer base ranging from local customers to the customers from
the neighboring countries like Yemen, KSA, Iran, Qatar, African countries and so on, teaching me the
art of selling and providing me with versatility in language, behavior and skills needed to tackle and
understand every set of customers differently.
Worked as an Executive Sales Assistant. My Duties and responsibilities consisted of:
 Extract more information about existing customers and organize it.
 Provide raw data of new areas to explore for the existing product range.
 Complete the purchase process by issuing Delivery Order and follow up with the
warehouse.
 Approach prospective clients and arrange meetings.
 Achieve monthly targets.
 Follow up with the customers to ensure satisfaction and customer retention.
