Country Manager:
• Viva Entertainment working in the physical distribution “CD/DVD” for most of
the music and movie studios such as Disney, Warner, Fox, Universal, Sony…
etc. Aslo Viva doing the vedio games and toys business.
• I start with Viva in Egypt branch as a business and product manager in Aug
2011 and I was responsible for the audio and vedio business in Egypt.
• After one year and In Sep 2012 Viva HO promote me to be country manager
and to be responsible completely for Egypt branch as of now. This was
because the great success which I did in the audio and vedio business.
• Working on monthly reports plans such as “P/L, Sales Forecast, Outstanding
and Collection Plan, Targets Achievements, Shipping Plans, Stock Reports,
Sales Reports, Customers Complain, Challenges and solutions, Branch
Expenses, Bank statements…etc

2. • Some of my responsibility is to find and open new point of sales and
responsible for meeting the sales targets of the organization through effective
planning and budgeting. Also I look after all the marketing activeties.
• At the operation side I’m responsible to motivat my team members and set up the
route map and sales target for each member and help each one to achive his target
as much as I can.
