Yuktix was invited to give a small talk in Open data meet, Bangalore on the features of Bangalore open weather network, about the IOT device, environmental sensor, how data is captured, stored and published. Yuktix also released that very soon, we are going to launch a Python SDK using which any one can access Bangalore open weather network data just by writing a 10 line python code.

2. Introduction
• Started with KYC, few discussions and lot of
work, lets design a weather station with
research grade sensors in India
• 18 stations running across Bangalore, soon to
be 20
• Cost Efficient, Designed and made in India.

• Firmware is bare metal, written on AVR 8-bit
core in C to simplify sensor interfacing
• The firmware contains boot loader, modem
driver, I2C, SPI, UART and other support, all
written by Yuktix Team
• Solar powered, PSU design is again Yuktix or
you can plug a solar charger available in
Market.
