The connection is presented using YouTube, Facebook,
Instagram and a micro site ShutterstockGate, which
should simplify the use of Shutterstock.
An Ambassador is chosen to become the voice and the
face of Shutterstock and shows all the new benefits.
The goal of the Campaign is to coherently introduce
Isifa as the easiest and fastest alternative for any
potential Shutterstock user (selling or buying
photographs, illustrations or video)
Our goal is to bring the users to the micro site, the new
gateway to Shutterstock and Isifa, called
ShutterstockGate.

2. 2. WRITTEN SUBMISSION OF THE CAMPAIGN
Social networks
As the Campaign is image-based we
intentionally aim to use the three main
social networks - Facebook, YouTube and
Instagram.
Microsite
The microsite ShutterstockGate works as a
HUB for all the questions and answers, helps
figure out user issues and informs of all
activities of the Campaign.
Challenge
The contest draws attention to the site and
helps to build a new base of local authors
and contributors.
WHAT IS YOUR SOLUTION?
Launch
The Campaign launches with a YouTube video
with the Ambassador explaining the
simplicity of using Shutterstock thanks to
Isifa, and invites the user to visit the
microsite, Shutterstockgate, and to
participate in the contest there.
Boosting
The YouTube videos shall be shared and
supported with paid Facebook advertising
and with banners on other suitable sites
(e.g. LinkedIn, Behance, Dribble etc.)
Progression
Links to the YouTube videos, the Instagram
contest and the micro site ShutterstockGate,
'regularly posted on Facebook. Contest
entries through Instagram, the winner to be
announced on the micro site,
ShutterstockGate.
Follow Up
After the end of the contest, main activity
focused on Facebook posts and the micro
site, ShutterstockGate. A Top 1O and FAQ
sections should be created.

YOUTUBE
The Ambassador
Creating a „SHUTTER STOCK GATE“ YouTube channel where
the Campaign launches with instructional videos featuring
the Ambassador, whom has a strong presence on social
media and is considered an authority in his own field, e.g.
Tomáš Třeštík.
The videos
The videos explain the benefits coming from the
connection between Shutterstock and Isifa. Also linking
the user to the micro site, ShutterstockGate, and
mentioning the contest.
The Follow Up
Before the end of the video, the viewer is presented with
three possible alternatives linking them to a more
advanced and personalised section: Freelancer, Agency or
Author.
In those videos the Ambassador guides the viewer more in
depth accordingly to his choice of alternative. Also, all the
videos link the viewer to the micro site, ShutterstockGate.

INSTAGRAM
The goal of the contest
To raise awareness of the Campaign and to motivate the potential
authors of content to share their works on Shutterstock.
The Method
An Instagram account with a brief introduction of the contest:
Take a picture, shoot a video or draw an illustration themed “A new
connection” and post it on Instagram with the #shutterstock_gate
The Prize
The contest photo entry with the most likes wins a camera, the
illustration entry a tablet and the video entry an iPhone. The prizes
motivate contestants to share their entries with friends and thus, to
further promote ShutterstockGate.
All contest entries shall be visible on the ShutterstockGate micro
site.
