4. World’s Visionary Women Leaders
Making A Difference in 2023
If gender justice and equality, as well as economic,
social, and political advancement for all, are to be
promoted, women must be included as leaders and
decision-makers at all levels. They are passionate and it
has great force. It is what motivates individuals to go for
their goals, face difficulties head-on, and have an effect
on the world. It is impossible to exaggerate the value of
enthusiasm in leadership. Visionary leaders' passion
becomes a potent force for change when it is fueled by a
strong sense of purpose and an unrelenting determination
to make a difference. Visionary leaders inspire others,
challenge the existing quo, and produce breakthrough
results by harnessing their passion.
Because women are effective change agents, diversity
and gender parity in leadership and decision-making are
being acknowledged more and more in all aspects of
society. Women continue to account for a negligible
portion of decision-makers in politics, industry, and
society.
Businesses with stronger gender diversity on executive
teams are more likely to outperform the national average
because more women hold executive leadership
positions. “World's Visionary Women Leaders Making
a Difference in 2023” is World's Leaders latest edition
that features women leaders from various sectors which
are thriving in leadership and leading with best practices
and creating their personal value and contribution to the
world.

1900s. It was during the beginning of her
adulthood that she found her calling in the

14. Empowering Lives, Building a Thriving Future
Sodalis Senior Living, a Texas-based senior living
company, boasts an impressive presence with 23
locations spread across 4 states. As a privately-owned
organization, it prides itself on its dedicated workforce
of approximately 1000 team members.
Within the realm of Sodalis Senior Living, Ms.
Taylor-Roberts assumes a paramount role, ensuring
the well-being of everyone under her care. Her
primary focus centers around fostering a thriving
company culture, prioritizing the welfare of
employees and their families, and making thoughtful
decisions. The ultimate goal is to sustain a strong,
cohesive team.
Looking ahead, Ms. Taylor-Roberts envisions
remarkable growth for the company. Over the next
five years, she aspires to quadruple its size while
steadfastly maintaining the cherished family
atmosphere that defines Sodalis Senior Living.
Transforming a Small Senior Living Company
Upon joining this company, Ms. Taylor-Roberts
discovered it to be the smallest Senior Living
company she had encountered throughout her career.
Despite taking a substantial reduction in pay, her goal
was to facilitate the company's growth in an ethical
manner. By prioritizing the fair treatment of
individuals and assembling a team comprising the
industry's finest professionals, she has witnessed the
rewards of her approach. The initial sacrifices she
made have proven to be highly worthwhile.
Nurturing Growth and Cultivating a Strong Team
According to Ms. Taylor-Roberts, personal growth
thrives when individuals surround themselves with
capable leaders. It necessitates an ongoing willingness
to listen, evolve, and maintain humility while
continuously honing one's skills and embracing new
experiences. For emerging leaders, she advises against
getting fixated on titles or monetary gains. Instead, she
emphasizes the importance of remaining grounded
and recognizing that as one ascends in their career,
their responsibilities expand to encompass a larger
number of individuals. Loving one's team becomes a
fundamental aspect that surpasses self-interest.
While Ms. Taylor-Roberts strives for the company's
expansion, preserving its strong culture remains
paramount.
Simultaneously, she aims to empower team members
to ascend and flourish within the senior living
industry. Above all, she envisions the company's
reputation to be synonymous with genuine care and
support for its employees, surpassing mere
appreciation.

years. Since she's been there, she has said
nothing but great things about Sodalis
assisted living, she loves it there. She also
told me about how wonderful the food

Sodalis feels like a home, I will

“My dad has been there for 18

responsive, contacts me with
concerns and lets me know about
special events. They take great care
of dad and makes sure that all his
needs are met. More importantly,
dad loves it there! He enjoys
meeting people, playing games and
loves the food and outings. I highly
recommend this facility!”

I looked at many places and
after touring this place I knew
this was by far the best for our
mother. We decided on the
studio and it is very nice and
has all that is needed for
comfort. The whole staff is
amazing. They are all caring,
understanding and very
professional. They work hard
and have 12 hour shifts. I hope
they are compensated very
well for what all they do. A
staff and people like this are
very hard to find. The place is
clean, very friendly and they
event let mom's little dog

great from activities to what
the place has to offer from
walking areas, a big

31. Jennifer Cox, who
works as a
Security
Engineering
Manager at
Tenable, is a
determined, goal-
oriented, and self-
propelled person who is dedicated to
succeeding and finding solutions to
difficult problems. She endeavors to
deliver top-notch service and adopt a
personalized approach, regardless of
her role.
Below are highlights of the interview
conducted between World's Leaders
and Jennifer Cox:
Describe who you are as a person,
inside and outside of the workplace.
My main goal as an individual
contributor prior to and in leadership
now is to work to achieve the goals of
my team. Whether those goals are
personal or professional, if I can
support them then I'm doing a good
job. I'm from a large family and one of
six children. My parents were working-
class and always worked to better
themselves. I witnessed many times in
my childhood, displays of support and
encouragement and the massive growth
resulting from them. I have always
followed the same example. If I can be
kind, helpful or supportive then I
should. It's worth so much more to
other people than the effort on my part
to help.
Describe your background and what
did you do before you started/joined
the company?
I have a very varied background. From
being a tree-climbing, trouble-making
child that was eternally in both mud
and trouble to an outspoken adult who
used to write and produce/direct plays
on both radio and stage, After school,
my studies focused on theater
production. When I finished studying, I
got a job at a tech company working in
support. Little did I realize that I'd be
working in various roles for that
company for 11 years. During my time
there, I studied psychology, still trying
to figure out what I wanted to do. It
turns out I was doing it all along. After
those 11 years, I had moved up as
much as I could and sought out a
career in cybersecurity. In 2016 I
secured a role at Tenable, moving up
through the ranks and now I manage
my own global team.
Tell us about the company. What
does Tenable do??
Cybersecurity risk is one of the
existential threats of our time. Every
day, attackers are looking for
organizations' weaknesses long before
they even know themselves. But
throwing disparate cybersecurity
solutions at the problem only leaves
gaps in the attack surface's visibility
and weakens defenses.
J

32. The hard truth is that more tools collecting more data don't equate to
actionable insights for remediation teams and definitely not for the CISO, C-
suite, or board of directors. On top of that, the old way of simply scanning
on-premises IT devices for vulnerabilities is no longer enough to protect the
modern attack surface.
Tenable was founded in 2002, and today, more than 43,000 organizations
around the world rely on us to help them understand and reduce
cybersecurity risk across their attack surface—in the cloud or on-premises,
from IT to OT and beyond. Our goal is to arm every organization, no matter
how large or small, with the visibility and insight needed to see, predict, and
act on threats and vulnerabilities that pose the greatest risk to their
organization.
What has made you successful? What do you value?
R.E.S.P.E.C.T., it's all about respect for me. I show respect and regard to my
friends, family, and colleagues, and I expect the same in return. If a person
doesn't feel respected, then how can we expect to get the best from them? I
value respect most of all. Following that would be equality & diversity and I
work as hard as I can to change the path as I go, to ensure more doors are
opened for anyone following behind.
Which are the major services of the company and how does the
company get ahead in the competition? What value-added services does
the company provide?
Tenable is the first and only provider of
exposure management solutions. Our
platform — Tenable One — is designed to
help organisations gain visibility across the
modern attack surface, focus efforts to
prevent likely attacks, and accurately
communicate cyber risk to support optimal
business performance. The Tenable One
platform offers broad vulnerability coverage
spanning IT assets, cloud resources,
containers, web apps and identity systems.
What are the most important aspects of a
company's culture? What principles do
you believe in and how do you build this
culture?
Tenable is built around a 'One Tenable'
culture. We are all part of the same team,
regardless of our place in the chain of
command. Everyone's opinion is valid, and
our leadership works hard to act responsibly
on the feedback given by everyone who is a
part of the Tenable team. Tenable also
respects that their employees have lives
outside of work and that work-life balance
is important.
What is the significance of innovative
ideas in the company?
In order to position ourselves as exposure
management leaders, we need to be ahead of
the curve. We have a significant Research &
Data Science team that cultivates new and
innovative ideas and turns them into useful
tools for us and our customers to use. When
you work in cybersecurity, being late to the
party is not an option.
Give us your opinion on; do organizations
rely heavily on individual heroics or team
processes?
Team processes all the way. Individual
heroics are a risk that rarely works out.
Everyone on the team contributes heroic
aspects, and between us all, we are the
whole package. Everyone on a team should
have a purpose and deliver something that is
unique to them to that team.
32 | October 2023
33. What is the happiest part of your daily routine?
I enjoy the 1:1 sessions I have with my team members the
most. Learning more about them, understanding their
needs, and what they suggest and perceive to be a need for
the business. My favorite part of the job entirely is when
someone on my team achieves a personal or professional
goal they've set for themselves. Big or small, it doesn't
matter. It's a buzz to have assisted in any way I can to help
them achieve their goals.
What advice would you give someone going into a
leadership position for the first time?
I was being mentored at the time I went into Leadership
and I'll reiterate that advice here as it really made a
difference to me. 'If you are thinking about doing
something, then do it. Don't spend the rest of your life
wondering 'what if'?'

36. Below are highlights of the interview conducted between
World's Leaders and Michele Lee Malo:
Describe who you are as a person, inside and outside of
the workplace.
I am the exact same person; I am ADHD and high-energy. I
thrive in social situations and in the workplace because I am
a natural connector and love trying new things. I am a kid
at heart and approach all things with questions and
excitement.
Describe your background and what did you do before
you started/joined the company?
Through my 20-year corporate career, which has spanned
across Fortune 500 companies in the foodservice industry, I
hit corporate targets in new product launches, spearheaded
innovation, and developed successful brand rejuvenation
strategies. I started at Dunkin' Donuts, running local store
marketing and event promotions in Chicago. Kraft gave me
the honor of being the steward of such brands as Oscar
Mayer, Oreo, and Maxwell House Coffee. At Kellogg's, I
led my team as the brand steward for the Cookies and
Crackers portfolio and managed partnerships with the
Culinary Institute and many others. At Barilla US, I created
and optimized the foodservice marketing platform and
repositioned products within each foodservice segment.
During my tenure as a Global Marketing Manager for
Scholle, I oversaw the opening of the Asia-Pacific
marketplace, which took me to Hong Kong, Singapore,
India, Taiwan, and South Korea.
Tell us about the inception of the company. How did it
all start?
I was the sickest 28 year old you would have ever met; self-
imposed sick. I actually threw out my back getting out of
bed. How does that happen? It happens when your 5'5"
frame cannot support 310 lbs. I had to call into work fat. As
I got my life back and lost 170lbs, I decided I was done
making my bosses rich and missing out on family and
friends. I knew the struggle of weight loss and knew I could
help motivate others. I left my corporate career, which
spanned over 20 years, working with amazing companies
such as Kraft, Kellogg's, and Barilla, to become a personal
trainer to help others get their health back. After working
with clients that generally came from peers, I was spending
more time helping with career change, business strategy,
and health. I expanded my practice to include transition
coaching and business consulting.

not afraid of change or challenges. I
have an appetite for sanity, I will not
continue doing the same things
repeatedly. I love the process of
creating and, as a result, problem
solving with other disruptors. Building
my network and connecting with
amazing people has put me in the

As a thought leader in the realms of wealth and relationships, Morgana has shared
her expertise alongside renowned figures like Deepak Chopra, Arianna Huffington,
Bob Proctor, and many others on various prestigious stages.
Below are highlights of the interview conducted between World's Leaders and
Morgana Rae:
Describe who you are as a person, inside and outside of the workplace.
"Having proven definitively that an Ivy League education, celebrity clients,
taglines and testimonials, half a dozen master coach certifications, and every Law

Money Repulsion, I developed a new way of coaching and living that turns leaden
human experience in to gold, spiritually and financially. People call me a money
goddess, but I apply this alchemy to every aspect of life.”
Describe your background, and what did you do before you started or joined
the company?
I began my coaching career in the entertainment industry while I was still in that
business myself. Coaching others was like a “soul vacation” from my own hustle.
Very quickly, I found my clients (actors, writers, directors, producers, editors, etc.)
40 | October 2023
42. achieving unlikely results within weeks—winning awards,
booking their first prime-time series, selling their first film,
etc. I was hooked! I decided to become a full-time
professional people helper.
I led workshops, and I was invited to speak at industry
events. My phone was ringing with people who wanted to
hire me. I had a reputation for working magic. I still wasn't
making money. Something was off, obviously. Helping
others was easy. Getting paid was my block.
In fact, 20 years ago (March of 2003), I hit my low point
when I was struggling to make $100 a month in Los
Angeles, California. I had taken every marketing course,
sales course, and mindset course available in the late 90's
and early aughts. None of it mattered. I was still making
I found my financial results changed for the better (to the
tune of millions of dollars) only after I changed my
relationship with money as if it were a person. I changed
my money from a monster of scarcity to a hunky honey,
worthy of my deepest trust and admiration. (I literally had
to make money for a cute guy just to have it in my life!)
Within 24 hours of evicting my money monster and meeting
my imaginary money “honey,” four new clients hired me at
double what I had ever charged before. And they kept
coming. This was the event that set me on a course to
becoming a world-famous authority on making millions
while putting love first.
A decade later, I tried the same approach to my relationship
with love. I slammed my love monster and met my husband
two months later. I was 45 years old and had never been
married before. We've currently married each other 26 times
in 21 countries so far, on our way to 100 weddings. 100%
his idea.
Tell us about the inception of the company. How did it
all start?
I started testing and perfecting this process with my
coaching clients. (I wasn't marketing my money work at the
time, but most human beings have money drama, right?) I
discovered I needed to dig far below the money stories to
find the causal issues—never actually about money—behind
the stories. That's when things took off. Clients were
reporting big financial results, and fast.
Word got out. A popular coaching magazine profiled me and
42 | October 2023
43. my 6-step Financial Alchemy® program. Bigger magazines,
newspapers, radio shows, speaking gigs, and television
interviews followed. I became a regular Money Maven on
FOX News and the Money Manifestation Expert on Coast
to Coast AM, the subject of articles in the Wall Street
Journal, United Press International, Yahoo Finance, and
interviewed on NPR, CNN, all the major television
networks, etc. I'm a #1 best-selling author in 20 countries.
What has made you successful? What do you value?
What has made my company successful is having a standout
message rooted in my own lived experience, backed up by
prodigious client results. I decided early on that money was
my “pain door” for whole-person transformation, because
money is where my difference stands out the loudest. No
one else sounds quite like me: making money a person,
diving deep into hidden root causes (love, safety, power)
that had nothing to do with money, and my signature
process to make money fall in love with you for good.
Which are the major services of the company and how
do the company to get ahead in the competition? What
value-added services does the company provide?
I like to say, “Your wealth is in your weirdness.” The more
you do what only you do, producing better results than your
competitors, the less competition you have.
Even when other people started copying me (OMG, the
copycats!), my own followers would spot them and tell
them to stop. Copying is not a good look.
Clients who, like me, had failed with every other modality
out there were finally getting their breakthroughs. There's
no better marketing than boat loads of testimonials; zero-to-
multi-million-dollar case studies; and good, old-fashioned
word of mouth.
What is the significance of innovative ideas in the
company?
My philosophy regarding innovation is that human clients
are endlessly creative at coming up with new obstacles that
you've never encountered before. Problem-solving programs
are here to serve the client, not squeeze clients into a
program box. If something isn't working, adjust and re-
adjust your approach until you find what works for that
person. Meeting and solving every new twist improves the
product.
Give us your opinion on whether organizations rely
heavily on individual heroics or team processes.
As to the question of whether organizations need systems or
individual heroes, I say yes and yes. My company culture is
built on appreciation and service. Rarely have I seen people
thrive or do their best work when they are only working for
a pay check. People are not cogs. There must be a greater
mission. I believe humans have a need to be valued and
respected as urgently as we need to eat and breathe. Team
members are intelligent, talented heroes in their area of
contribution. With that in mind, I appreciate my team. I
communicate my appreciation frequently. I compensate
generously. Reciprocal care is essential to me. Every
partnership is designed to be win-win-win: it serves my
partner, serves me, and serves our clients and beyond.
Systems serve to create clarity to protect the company and
support the team and clients.
What are your responsibilities as the Founder/CEO/
Managing Director of the company?
As the CEO, I set the calendar for projects and programs,
tuning in to what wants to happen and when. Book
launches, retreats, new programs and promotions, etc. I like
to schedule spaciously, leaving room for unexpected
invitations and opportunities to show up, too.
What is the happiest part of your daily routine?
The happiest part of my daily routine, and I'm almost
embarrassed to admit it, is coaching clients on the days I
coach clients. I tried semi-retiring in early 2020, when the
pandemic first hit. I discovered, after a year of yoga at the
beach and growing a vegetable garden at home, that I really
hated not coaching clients! There's nothing in the world
more optimistic and energizing than participating in the
fulfillment of other people's dreams.
What advice would you give someone going into a
leadership position for the first time?
What I would advise someone going into leadership for the
first time is that you are worthy, you are wanted, and you
can make the necessary connections to solve any problem.

52. Below are highlights of the interview
conducted between World's Leaders
and Nuria E. Angelocci:
Describe who you are as a person,
inside and outside of the workplace.
I was born and raised in a small town
called Les Borges Blanques, two hours
away from the city of Barcelona,
Spain. I grew up in a modest family as
the youngest of three sisters. Seeing
my parents struggle financially made
me a stronger person. I have always
been a determined and focused person.
My two older sisters are also excellent
role models for me. They are both
career-oriented and have achieved
amazing successes in the steel
manufacturing and banking industries.
Describe your background and what
did you do before you started/joined
the company?
I studied advertising and public
relations for two years at the
University of Barcelona. I came to the
USA as an au pair to "improve" my
English. When I arrived in the USA, I
quickly realized that I did not come to
"improve" my English if not to learn
the language. Although I could say
common phrases like "Hello, how are
you?" and individual words like colors,
animals, days of the week, objects,
etc., I could not maintain a
conversation. Because children have a
simple vocabulary, learning English as

53. an au pair was effective. I lived with a
family in Summit, NJ, for a year.
Afterwards, I extended my visa for an
additional nine months and moved to
Wellington, FL, with another family.
Being an au pair was an amazing
experience. I was 19 years old, I did
not speak the language, and I had no
family in the USA. I met fellow au
pairs from all over the world, and it
changed me. I made tremendous
growth during that experience and it
opened my eyes to the world.
After the au pair experience ended, I
applied for a student visa and attended
Palm Beach State College, where I
obtained a bachelor's degree in
supervision and management. I also
met, married my husband, and had my
first son during that time.
I earned an MBA in Entrepreneurial
Management from Lynn University in
one year (I was taking double the
classes) while I was working full time,
I was pregnant with my second boy,
and I had a 2-year-old son at home.
I have been married for 12 years to my
wonderful husband, Chad Angelocci,
and I am the proud mom of Andreu (6)
and Kai (4).
Tell us about the inception of the
company. How did it all start?
In January 2012, while I was in
college, I started my career at CMO of
Hunters Run. CMO manages all 23
associations within Hunters Run, a
country club community in Boynton
Beach, FL. There are 21 condominium
associations and 2 homeowner's
associations with a total of 1649
homes. CMO handles the many facets
of property management, from the
physical supervision of property
maintenance to administrative and
financial matters. We are a team of 16
(property managers, accounting staff,
maintenance technicians, a general
contractor, and administrative staff).
CMO was formed in 1991. It is a
unique property management company
because it was formed and is managed
by the homeowners residing within
Hunters Run. The president of each
association elects the CMO Board of
Directors. The CMO Board of
Directors hires the COO/General
Manager, sets policies and the CMO
budget, and serves as the liaison
between the association board and its
members. CMO is a not-for-profit
company. This distinctive structure
allows CMO to focus on providing
additional services and resources to the
associations and homeowners while
also working to improve the existing
services provided. Another interesting
feature of CMO's structure is that the
General Manager's "bosses" can
change yearly. Because of this, it is
extremely important that the general
manager has a clear picture of the
company to create continuity and
purpose during the possible changes in
the board of directors.
What are your responsibilities as the
Founder/CEO of the company?
What is the happiest part of your
daily routine?
As the COO, I oversee the operations
of the company and all 23 associations
and manage annual budgets totaling
more than $19 million. I have had the
pleasure to meet and work alongside
amazing individuals during my 11
years at CMO.
Property management is a stressful
industry. Although CMO works daily
with the individual associations to
maintain and enhance their property,
the majority of the interactions with the
individual homeowners are to
report/resolve issues. From roof leaks
to pest problems or landscape
deficiencies, our office receives
numerous phone calls/emails daily
from homeowners requesting help with
a specific issue. To succeed in this
industry, you must be a problem solver
with excellent customer service skills.
Many property managers in the
industry experience burnout and stress.
CMO provides a positive work
environment and support to help our
employees succeed. Although the
industry is known for having a high
turnover rate, CMO has been
successful in retaining employees and
promoting from within.
Getting the right people on the bus is a
concept developed in the book Good to
Great by Jim Collins. CMO is defined
by the people who ride the bus. CMO's
most valuable asset is its employees,
not because people are the most
valuable asset of a company, but
because they are the right people.
As a COO, it is imperative to bounce
ideas off the team and have an open-
door policy. It is essential for
employees to have a voice, a purpose,
and to feel that they are an intricate
part of the company. The success of an
employee reflects and affects the whole
company. Creating a culture where
employees feel they can work together
as a team instead of feeling like they
are competing with their teammates
helps the overall organization.
What advice would you give
someone going into a leadership
position for the first time?
I believe that to be a successful leader,
one needs to know the strengths and,
more importantly, the weaknesses.
Being willing to learn and evolve is a
must.
The balancing act between a personal
and professional life is not an easy one,
but somehow, with the support of my
husband, family, friends, and work
team, we make it work!

57. It all comes down to mindset;
you will succeed if you let go of
limiting beliefs, are willing to
step outside of your comfort zone,
and believe in your ability to
succeed. The power of the
subconscious mind is choked by
pessimistic notions like, "I'll never
amount to anything." In a garden that
is constantly cared for and fed with
good, concentrated thoughts,
personal and professional progress
blossom. Negative, harmful, and self-
limiting thought habits must be
abandoned.
A seed contains the essence of the
flower it will grow into long before it
starts to sprout. External factors like
sunlight, rain, and nutrition promote
the growth of what is already present
inside the seed. People also develop
from the inside out. The spirit that
lives within each of them will
determine who they become. The
desire for something is so deeply
ingrained in one's being that it
pervades every movement. Rachel

power of holistic and vision-based

Staunch Journey
The idea for Rachel's business came
to her when she was struggling and
wanted to find a new direction. As a
professional dancer, Rachel received
her training from the Royal Ballet
and has performed in several
incredible venues, including the
Royal Opera House in Covent
Garden. Her self-esteem suffered
when her ballet career came to an
end and she became a mother. She
realized she needed to change for
herself and her family. She used her
skills in dancing to change her
perspective and created BalletBeFit,
a fitness program based on ballet.
This cognitive change enabled her to
achieve her professional and physical
goals, motivate other women to start
enterprises, and impart her
knowledge to students all over the
world. She started the popular
BalletBeFit and also became the
founder and CEO of The Growth
Mindset Hub and Business Growth
Hub. And runs her own digital
marketing agency, Squad Media. She
now uses her success to inspire
others. To help each client regain
control over their health, wellbeing,
careers, and finances, she teaches
personal development, attitude,
wealth mastery, and company
development. She is really pleased
with the fact that she now works with
other women who are going through
similar things and gets to help them
regain their confidence.
