overview
We’re looking for a Director of Youth Engagement to cultivate,
and engage for a global community of young people, and
create a deep brand connection to youth culture.
In this role, you’ll help ensure that young people are authentically
integrated into our strategy, so that ultimately RIVET is a
movement that young people trust and are proud to be part of.
This is a highly dynamic role in a startup environment that is
uniquely mission-driven.
You’ll get to be a community designer, coming up with creative
ways to rally a passionate global community of young people.
You’ll get to be a strategic thought partner, ensuring that the
needs and voice of young people are authentically represented in
every decision we make as an organization.
And you’ll get to be an organizational leader, working shoulder-
to-shoulder with the small RIVET start-up team to build a vibrant
organizational culture and vision.
This is a full-time position with a competitive salary
and comprehensive benefits package.
We aren’t posting a specific salary range because we’re casting a wide
net and are particularly welcoming of non-traditional candidates, folks
who bring lived experience with and passion for youth culture, and
culture creators who share our vision of youth-led social change.
For non-US candidates, salary will be calculated according to local
cost of living, purchasing power, and tax rate.
Start Date: As soon as possible
Location: Remote
Candidates can come from anywhere in the world, should have partial
overlap with EST hours, and some flexibility to accommodate global
