New release for The Reserve
Just 10 new homesites will be pre-released
at The Reserve in May.
The homesites, ranging in size from 540m2
to 871m2
, will be
available for purchase by LWP Advantage members on 3rd May
and the general public on 10th May.
They are priced from $305,000 to $375,000 and each homesite
comes with a $3000 line of credit with The Vines Resort and an
extensive landscaping package.
Tony McEntee, Group Sales Manager – Residential, said all of these
lots are within a short walk of the future Champions’ Walk and he
is anticipating interest to be strong.
“Champions’ Walk is the linear park that runs between the 9th
and 10th holes of the course. It has been named in honour of the
winners of the two prestigious international golf tournaments held
at The Vines Resort and Country Club over the past twenty years,
including The Heineken Classic and The Johnny Walker Classic.
The park will consist of two distinct spaces located either side of a
bridge, and will include an open picnic area with shade structure
plus a playground and a large area of retained mature trees.
This is going to be a very special space, so homesites nearby are
going to be highly sought after,” Tony said.

2. Lwp sponsors 180 years of
winemaking in the Swan Valley
This year the Swan Valley
celebrates 180 years of Swan
Valley winemaking history.
The Swan Valley is one of the oldest
winemaking areas in Western Australia
and we are lucky enough to have
this beautiful region on the doorstep
of our community.
Today there are currently more than
40 wineries in the Swan Valley and a
further 120+ wine-grape growers,
with many vineyards in excess of fifty
years old.

The Vines is now less than 10 minutes from the Ellenbrook Town
Centre – a new and bustling hive of commercial activity – thanks
to the extension of Millhouse Road.
United Petrol has just opened a new service station on The
Promenade in the service/commercial precinct of Ellenbrook and an
additional petrol station is under construction on Gnangara Road
(next to Red Rooster).
Masters and Bunnings are now well and truly up and running,
providing Vines’ residents with the convenience of a quick trip to
the hardware store. Both businesses have helped to create a
large number of local employment opportunities.
The Ellenbrook Town Centre campaign has attracted interest from
national businesses looking to establish a presence in Ellenbrook
over the coming years. This will also mean more local jobs
available to residents over the next 12 to 18 months.
If you are a local business operator looking for your next
opportunity, speak to LWP’s Sales Manager, Tony McEntee,
by calling 9297 9999.
Nearby Reserve an attraction for Ellenbrook family
The Le Count family recently purchased
a 605sqm homesite at The Reserve.
Currently living in Charlotte’s Vineyard in
Ellenbrook, the Le Count family have been
keen to build their own home for a while
and when a homesite became available at
The Reserve, they knew it was for them.
“We are really excited about building at The
Reserve. We love the tranquility and visual
appeal of the area,” Caroline Le Count said.
Caroline and her husband Marcus have
two children, 8 year old Abi and 6 year
old Phoebe and love the facilities of the
Ellenbrook area so didn’t want to move
too far away.
“Our life is in this area, but we love the
peacefulness that The Reserve exudes,
so feel like we will have the best of both
worlds living there,” Caroline said.
In celebration of 180 years of winemaking,
the Swan Valley & Regional Winemakers’
Association is hosting a series of exciting
events, including the Swan Valley Wine Show
in August this year. The group is also
producing a beautiful book entitled
“The History of Winemaking in the Swan
Valley” and LWP Property Group is excited
to be sponsoring its publication.
The book will be available for purchase
from selected Swan Valley Wineries,
the Swan Valley Visitors’ Centre or by
contacting The Swan Valley & Regional
Winemakers’ Association at
info@swanvalleywinemakers.com.au.
3. Local residents have been excited to see the opening of a new
travel agent / coffee shop in Aveley. The Boutique Travel Café
is a first for WA, being the only café integrated with a travel
agency in our State.
The café was the inspiration of local residents Sandra Evans and
her son Wayne Evans, who recognised a real gap in the market.
“I have worked in travel for many years and my son Wayne looked
after my last travel agency when I had to travel for a conference.
He helped out by answering the phone and taking enquiries
and just kept thinking that the one thing that was missing was
the ability to offer these waiting customers a cup of coffee.
So one thing led to another and we went into business together

4. The current stage of Equis Lake at The Vines has now
officially sold out, with all 38 homesites under contract.
Group Sales Manager - Residential for LWP Property Group, Tony McEntee, said buyers
were attracted to the natural features of the development as well as its proximity to the
facilities of the nearby Ellenbrook Town Centre and The Vines Resort. “Equis Lake has sold
extremely well,” Mr McEntee said.

really loved.”
