In this year’s edition, it is my pleasure to introduce
you to our new Executive Director, Susan Belekewicz.
Susan came on board this past fall to lead the library’s
exciting evolution into a destination library, and in
her debut article in Experience Osterville (see page 41), she
shares her first impressions and thoughts on the library’s
responsibility to both preserve the past and embrace the future
– and what it will take to succeed.
Also included is a look at the great work being done by Three
Bays Preservation to protect our natural resources. You’ll also
find articles on how and where to harvest your own shellfish,
and a look at how Osterville natives have been creating
authentic Cape Cod clambakes for generations. We’ve also

Some say a picture is worth a
thousand words. The same is true of
postcards. From the beautiful image on the front, the name of the
sender and the address of the recipient, the message written, the
stamp used, and the final mark of time with a cancellation, postcards
capture a glimpse into the past.
Take a stroll through the village of Osterville through the postcard
images of the 1920s and 30s – “glory days” to many. This small village,
one of seven in Barnstable, drew many to her beautiful seaside.
Majestic inns like the East Bay Lodge dotted the coastal landscape.
And the Crosby boat builders were creating what was to become a
world-renowned class of racing boats – the Wianno Seniors – and a
style of boat designed for these Cape Cod waters – the Crosby catboat.
If you follow the path of Captain Bursley’s stagecoach from the West
Barnstable train station to the East Bay Lodge or the Cotocheset Inn,
you’ll see what many travelers encountered in their respite by the sea.
Entering the village, you would pass by the Henry Foster Lewis house
that later became the site of Midway Garage. Fire destroyed the Lewis
house in 1921, but the barns are still in use today as inspection bays
for Midway. A young Mildred Lewis, in fact, had her tonsils removed
by Dr. Kinney, the village doctor, right in those horse stables.

The Osterville Baptist Church is a
central focal point in the Village,
as is the Daniel Block of storefronts
whose architecture can be easily
recognized today. Just down the
road, the Pattison Block also retains
a similar façade. Long gone are
the A&P grocery store, drugstore,
and movie theater, but retail spaces
including an art gallery now flourish.
The diamond-shaped windows of the original Methodist Church on
Main Street can still be seen at what is now Checkerberry House
Interiors. Likewise the Kalas Fruit Store located at the beginning of
the village near the hay scales was known to many as “Charlie’s” or
the “Penny Candy Store” until it closed in 2000. Now, Vintage Flowers
occupies the same space, and the American flag waves proudly over
the village in the same spot as the hay scales.
While private homes have turned into retail spaces, the heart of the
village remains the same. History is present in the village today – all
you have to do is look around.

Hungry? You’re in luck because Osterville has options! Whether
you’re staying in the village or just here for the day, the village is
renowned for its wide variety of eateries that cater to every palate
any time of day.
CRACK OF DAWN CUISINE
Yes, Osterville has its own Dunkin Donuts for that first to-go cup of the
day, but the locals know there are great options for yummy breakfasts.
Wianno Green Café has a full breakfast menu. Omelets! French toast!
Amie Bakery, the new French style bakery in the old “Osterville
Newstand” space, offers scrumptious made-fresh-daily croissants,
bagels, Jordan Marsh blueberry muffins (remember?) and other
pastries and locally sourced coffees and juices. For takeout, or a
leisurely breakfast on their porch, Earthly Delights has yummy, healthy
offerings. Both Fancy’s Market and Café Crumb are good bets for
on-the-go quick breakfasts too. If it’s Sunday, both Crisp and Wimpy’s
Seafood Café are serving brunch.
LUNCH: ON THE GO OR AT YOUR LEISURE
If it’s a sandwich for lunch you haven’t solved, you can wait (along with
the rest of the village) in line at Fancy’s for a Father’s Favorite (my
father’s fave!) or a Grilled Mediterranean (mine!). Wianno Green Café
can also help with great sandwiches and salads. Crisp opens for lunch
and Café Crumb has those nice slices of quiche (not to mention their
cookies). Don’t forget J.J.’s Roast Beef. When’s the last time you
had a hot roast beef sandwich, or even hot
pastrami? Amie Bakery offers special soups
and sandwiches every day – not to mention
desserts and pastries for any time of day.
Owner Amie Smith has plans to bring back
the old-fashioned soda fountain, so look
for yummy ice cream treats this summer.
What about your gluten-intolerant vegan
daughter? Earthly Delights was put on this
earth to solve that problem for you. Get her
a great veggie burger for lunch or a special
tofu entrée for dinner tonight and she’ll
probably start talking to you again. You know
you can’t resist their world-class chicken salad.
And before you walk out the door, pick up
a crisp oatmeal cookie or banana-mango
smoothie to get you through the afternoon.
Maybe even live dangerously and try an
energizing shot of wheatgrass.

WHAT’S COOKING FOR DINNER?
Quick, call Five Bays Bistro for a reservation. You’ll love the Sole
Française. Maybe you can squeeze in a side order of little roasted clams.
Even if you have to wait to be seated or if there’s a martini calling your
name, the bar is poised for action and a couple of Kobe sliders will tide
you over until your table’s ready.
Oh, you’ve got the kids and inlaws too? Wimpy’s Seafood Café will have
seating for your brood. Plump fried clams? Sherry-laced Lobster Newburg?
Or a cup of clam chowder and good burger? Don’t neglect their world-
class French fries or the heavenly hashed and creamed potatoes. They’ve
got a great kids menu too, plenty of belly-less clams and chicken tenders.
If your gang just wants to hang out at home, or dine at Dowes Beach,
call Wimpy’s Market to pick up take-out dinners of all your favorites.
And if you’re craving pizza, Crisp is its own best advertisement, always
packed. You can sit outside by the fire pit while the kids play nearby on
the lawn, or snag a hi-top in the cozy bar inside. On a chilly day, it’s fun to
sample a local craft beer and watch the flatbreads slide into the wood-fired
oven. They don’t take reservations but if the seating’s tied up, get some
great flatbreads to go, along with salad and pasta sides. The Summer Lovin’
veggie one is a favorite at my house. If traditional pizza is more your style,
call Pizza1 Subs2 for a large pepperoni with extra anchovies (my favorite).
Toss in a few overstuffed meatball subs and a salad or two for the health
conscious, and have it all delivered to your door.
Osterville Fish will also help you feed your crowd. They have great fried fish
platters, but if you get the neighborhood to sign on, you can have them do
a soup-to-nuts clambake in the backyard. Pencil that in for early August, and
don’t forget to send me an invitation.
For the best sunset view in town, don’t forget the Islander! Right on the
waterfront at Crosby’s, we crave their great fish tacos with the salsa bite.
And fresh oysters go down so smoothly with a gorgeous sunset. Try them
with soy sauce, wasabi and pickled ginger, and wash them down with a
Mojito as you watch the sun dip below the horizon on West Bay.

Three Generations of the Reidell Family:

Since 1932 the name Riedell has been synonymous with Osterville and
quality plumbing and heating services. It was in that year that Carl F.
and his wife Ethel Riedell began operating a Mom and Pop plumbing
company out of their home on Scudder Road. Over time the business
grew and they added a shop onto the property. And when business
expanded beyond the scope of a home operation, they located their
growing enterprise in the heart of the village. Ethel continued to work
in the family business office, and walked to work every day well into
her 90s.
According to their son, Carl S. Riedell, it was his parents’ unique
business savvy and dogged work ethic that made the company the
thriving business it is today, employing nearly 35 and enjoying great
success in plumbing, heating, HVAC, water filtration, winterization,
duct cleaning, and property management across Cape Cod. “The
secret of their success was their dedication and education,” notes
Carl S. of his parents. “My mother graduated from the Boston Univer-
sity School of Business in 1926 magma cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa
at a time when not many women went to college. My father went to
Wentworth Institute of Technology
and became a master plumber.”
Together they not only built the
business, but also raised six children
in the village. Their commitment to
education extended to their children.
“They made sure that every one of
their children went to college,” Carl S.
notes.
Carl F. and Ethel ran the business until
1972 when Carl S., back from serving
his country as an officer in the United
States Army, took over, a job to which
he devoted himself for decades.
“Eventually, I found that in order to
succeed in business it was important
to have someone dedicated to running
the business,” he said. “So over time
I ran the business. No plumbing.”

Nearly 10 years ago he passed on the day-to-
day operations of the company to his own
son, Carl A., who goes by the name Guy,
a nickname given to him in his youth by
his sister, who called him “Little Guy.”
Today Guy runs the company with the same
attention to detail and customer service
that has made it such a mainstay of the
community. Continuity of family tradition
is important to Guy. He is proud of his
employees, who carry on the Riedell
commitment to excellence. “The people who
work for me are like family,” he said. “They
understand the longevity of the company, of
the family tradition, and how important it is.”
His father concurs. “Osterville is a lovely
community in which to live,” Carl S. says.
“There are some really nice people who live
here. I’ve found that if you are good to them,
they are good to you.”

DATELINE: OSTERVILLE, JUNE 29, 1943
Every night Dan would kiss Dottie goodnight, walk to the top of the
hill, and wave his flashlight. Once he did, Dottie knew he was safely
off. That night was the last Dottie ever saw of him.
What a lot of people don’t realize is that the Crosby Boat Yard was
instrumental in training soldiers in preparation for the amphibious
assault on D-Day. The army sought out the Crosbys for their specialized
skills in boat repair. The Wianno golf course became home to Quonset
huts housing hundreds of troops.
Dan Ahlquist was one of those soldiers with the Army Corp of Engineers.
He was a Second Lieutenant with Company “A,” 1st Battalion, 534th
E.A.R. (Engineer Amphibian Regiment). He had special permission to
live in a cottage “off base” with his wife and their two young sons. Dan
was stationed here in Osterville, and like many, was proudly serving his
country in the war effort.
On the evening of June 29, 1943, he took part in night time maneuvers
off the coast in the waters of Nantucket Sound. The weather was rough.
The lighting was poor. Their cabin cruiser hit a shoal, the engines died,
and before they could restart, a wave hit. Of the 10 men on board,
four died. Three of them, including Dan, were never recovered – lost
at sea forever.

Clyde Ahlquist, Dottie and Dan’s oldest son, returns to Osterville with his
brother, and their sister, born just a few months after their father died. Their
spouses accompanied them across the country for one purpose – closure.
The three siblings wanted to retrace the steps of their father on that fateful
night, see the waters and sites he would have encountered, and find the
cottage in which the young family stayed.
With the help of Teddy Crosby, the siblings are able to pinpoint the exact
location of the Robert French cottage – present day Nauticus Marina.
Teddy was a young boy during the war efforts at Crosby Yacht Yard, but he
remembered vividly the Robert French cottages and recounted stories of
the soldiers from his youth.
With the mystery finally solved, the brothers and their sister walk up the
hill and look back towards the water. The same way their dad had decades
before them.
It was a moment in time that none will forget.

The confluence of three Barnstable Bays – North, West, and Cotuit –
comprise one sensitive and beautiful ecosystem that for hundreds of
years has been the lifeblood of the southern Mid-Cape’s recreational,
shellfishing, and wildlife habitats. Three Bays is a “classic” estuary
with a river flowing into the headwater, the Marstons Mills River, and
the saltwater flowing in from Nantucket Sound through the two inlets,
one into Cotuit Bay and one into West Bay. There the fresh and salt
water mix within the system, creating a unique environment.
In recent decades this area has experienced shellfish depletion, the
proliferation of algae blooms, and elevated fecal-coliform counts.
However, since 1996 one advocacy group has worked singularly to
restore and protect the Bays’ habitats to ensure a diverse, balanced,
and healthy population of fish, shellfish, wildlife, and plants so that
the area continues to thrive – and its residents will be able to enjoy
its pristine waters for generations to come. That group is Three Bays
Preservation (TBP).

With a mission to preserve, maintain, protect and enhance the
Three Bays’ watershed, as well as deal with the rapid erosion of the
Dead Neck/Sampson’s Island area, TBP has been one busy group.
According to Executive Director Lindsey Counsell, “We have restored
the flushing of many of our navigation channels and as a result we
were able to rebuild Dead Neck/Sampson’s Island, the wildlife
sanctuary we co-own with Mass Audubon. We have provided water-
quality monitoring data that was used to establish a Total Maximum
Daily Load (TMDL) for nitrogen for the three bays.” In fact, he notes,
the group’s work developing fecal coliform data eventually lead to
the development of a daily-load benchmark used throughout the
entire Cape region.
Starting small in 1996, this grass-roots organization has grown to
include 685 active members, and many volunteers, as well as online
members. Today, the group is working on several projects – all
with the specific aim of protecting and preserving this fragile area.
“We are participating in ongoing programs including a variety of
water-quality monitoring efforts, invasive-species monitoring, herring
counting in the Marstons Mills River and county-wide water quality
programs,” says Counsell. These water-quality improvements mean
cleaner shellfishing in the region. “We also are actively participating
in the 208 Cape Cod Area Water Quality Management Plan Update.”
Osterville resident Richard Largay is President of the group’s Board of
Directors and is committed to protecting this important region. “It’s
a part of the fabric of this entire area. So it’s about the preservation
of the fabric of our community as well as the natural beauty.”

Paddle and Help
Central to the TBP’s mission is the Annual Paddle for
the Bays: RACE Cape Cod, now in its fifth year. This
event includes a series of paddle races, in which
participants traverse either a five- or 10-mile course
on a stand-up-paddle or kayak. Racers start at Ropes
Beach in Cotuit, and continue through West, North,
and Cotuit Bays, vying for the now-coveted title
“Best Paddler on Cape Cod.” There are separate
races for different age categories as well as a slate of
Paddle Day activities for the whole family, including
a RACE dinner at Veteran’s Hall in Osterville the
night before the event. “For the race we had more
than 100 participants in the paddle board and kayak
categories,” says Counsell. “But for Paddle Day itself,
more than 200 folks took part and many were able
to get out on the water and experience paddle
boarding and kayaking for the first time.” He adds,
“The purpose of these events is to raise awareness
of the condition of the bays and to raise funds for our
programs.” This year, the dinner is slated for Friday,
Sept. 18 from 6-9 pm, followed by the race itself the
following morning, Saturday, Sept. 19 with registration
starting at 7 am. To register for these events online

CLAMBAKE
Clambakes, a time-honored tradition here in Osterville, are often
the culinary centerpiece for weddings, neighborhood parties, and
family gatherings.
Jason Maguire at Osterville Fish explains that there are two styles
of clambakes. The pot style clambake is more portable, and can be
cooked outdoors over a fire or in your kitchen on the stove. The other
is the pit style. The difference? Both are delicious, but there’s a unique,
sea-salty, smoky flavor that the more labor-intensive pit bake delivers.
Osterville native Edna Farrington and her family have hosted pit style
clambakes at their home for 53 years. In 1960, Edna’s sewing circle
decided to have a clambake to cook the clams their husbands brought
home fresh from the beach. Edna’s husband, John B., designed special
metal baskets to hold the food and long rakes to scrape the embers.
Together they perfected the art of the clambake, and their methods
are still used today by their children, according to their son John, the
retired Fire Chief of Centerville-Osterville-Marstons Mills. Edna is still
in charge after 54 years and now the extended family hosts 150 people
for their annual bake.
A typical clambake menu includes steamer clams, potatoes, linquica
sausage, onions, and corn on the cob along with chowder, cold potato
salad, coleslaw and watermelon for dessert. Of course, every family
adds their own unique ingredients.
You can create your own, or opt to have your clambake catered.
According to Osterville Fish’s Maguire, prices per person vary
depending on the cooking method (pot or pit), size of your party
and menu choices, but generally range $30 to $45 per person.

RULES AND SAFETY MEASURES FOR PIT STYLE
If you decide to go “old school” with a pit bake and do it yourself,
you are free to have one in your private beach or backyard. However,
clambakes are prohibited on all Osterville and Barnstable town beaches.
Please contact the local Fire Department to see if a permit is required
for your situation.
Remember to wear fire-proof gloves, use long rakes for raking the ashes,
and rake the ashes onto a stone patio or driveway.
Wear long pants and shirts when dealing with the fire and steam, and
hose down the soil at the edge of the sealed canvas, so the canvas won’t
catch fire from any leftover ashes.
PREPARING A PIT BAKE
Preparing a pit bake is not for the faint of heart. It takes a team of
enthusiastic volunteers to help with planning, purchasing, set-up,
serving, and clean-up. Here’s a peek at how the Farrington Family
prepares their authentic Cape Cod clambake for 150 people:
Clams are flushed the day before and the rockweed (12 bushels) is
gathered from the Cape Cod Canal.
Stones are brought into the back yard and laid in a 5' by 5' pit that
is 10" deep.
Wood is placed across the stones in a lattice pattern, stuffed with
newspaper, and lit on fire. The fire burns for 3½ to 4 hours and then
long rakes are used to pull the embers off onto the driveway.
The wet rockweed is placed over the hot rocks. Metal baskets are filled
with meats (first layer), clams and lobster (second layer), potatoes, corn
and onions (top layer). Instead of metal baskets, cheesecloth bags tied
at the ends may be used instead. Small canvases are placed over the
food and then two large tarps are secured with dirt on the outer edge
for steaming. A ventilation hole will happen naturally.

After one hour, the potatoes and onions
are tested for doneness. While the food
is steaming, the broth is prepared in
a large turkey fryer containing onions,
linguica sausage, and clams. Mussels
dipped in sherry and butter are the
traditional appetizer for the Farrington
bake. Potato salad, watermelon, and
lots of homemade desserts complete
the feast.
After the clambake, the hole is filled in
and the grass is reseeded.
OPTING FOR POT-STYLE
If that all sounds too daunting, a pot-
style process is an easy alternative.
Recipes abound on line and in locally
published cookbooks – or just ask your
native Cape Cod neighbors for their
family recipe. Most are happy to share.
Choosing whether to host your clambake
catered or do it yourself on the stove or
in a fire pit depends on the occasion,
your budget, and the number of guests.
Whichever method you choose, your
guests will relish the tradition and the
taste, just like the Farringtons.

Oysters, soft-shell clams, quahogs – oh my!
There’s nothing better than these fruits of the sea,
and the best way to ensure you’re getting the freshest
shellfish is to harvest them yourself. It’s great family fun
and a wonderful way to introduce the kids to a lifelong activity,
the importance of environmental preservation, and the concept
of “catch and eat local.”
REGULATIONS AND PERMITS
To get started, you’ll want to check with the Town of Barnstable’s
Marine Environmental Affairs Division regarding the regulations and
permitting for recreational shellfishing. A great resource is the town’s
Natural Resources website at TownofBarnstable.us/NaturalResources/
Shellfishing.asp.
Permits may be purchased at the town’s Marine and Environmental
Affairs Office, located at 1189 Phinney’s Lane in Centerville, or through
the mail to this address. If you’re a first-timer, Amy Croteau, Town of
Barnstable’s Natural Resources Officer, says it’s best to go in person.
The staff can answer your questions and provide helpful maps and
other materials to help you get started. Fees range from $30 for a
resident family permit to $120 for a non-resident family permit (or $60
for a seasonal family permit). For seniors – over 65 – the fee is $20.
The Three Bays (Cotuit, North and West) are all great areas to shellfish,
but make sure your intended destination is open. Natural Resource
Supervisor Doug Kalweit says closed areas are always posted, but
adds that the easiest way to check is to access the maps on the town’s
website at TownofBarnstable.us/NaturalResources/areamaps.asp.
These maps are constantly updated
throughout the year.
The state – with assistance from
the town – routinely tests the water
quality of Barnstable’s waters and
will close any contaminated areas.
Areas are also periodically closed
for shellfish propagation.

THE TOOLS
Clamming only requires a few
simple tools:
• A permit
• A quahog and/or steamer
(soft-shell clam) rake
• A 10 quart wire mesh peck basket or plastic bucket
• A shellfish gauge for measuring your catch
• A tide chart
• Waders, hip boots or knee boots
• Protective gloves
• Small (garden) hand rakes and
trowels for young diggers
KEEP THEM FRESH
Once you’ve harvested your legal limit, make sure to heed this advice
garnered from the Barnstable Association for Recreational Shellfishing
(shellfishing.org) and Croteau:
• Fresh quahogs and oysters should not be kept uncooked for much
over a week. It’s best to eat soft-shell clams within three days.
• Keep shellfish fresh by storing in an open container covered with a
damp towel in a refrigerator. Coolers with ice are OK at harvest time
but will not suffice for more than a few hours.
• When you dig soft-shell clams, bring a plastic bucket and fill with clean
saltwater from the same area. After washing off the clams with cold
water, leave the clams in the saltwater for a couple of hours, and they
will clean themselves of inside sand and grit. However, leaving them
in the water overnight will either highly stress or kill some or all of
your catch.

NEW TO SHELLFISHING? TAKE A CLASS!
If you or your children (or grandchildren) are new to shellfishing, a great
way to get oriented is to sign up for a class.
The Town of Barnstable’s Clamming Classes for Kids are held at the
Bridge Street Landing in Osterville. This year’s classes will be on June
14 at 4:30 pm, June 20 at 9:00 am, and June 21 at 10:00 am.
To register for a class, you can stop by the Natural Resource Office in
Centerville or call the office at 508.790.6272.
The Barnstable Association for Recreational Shellfishing offers classes
for adults as well. Please visit shellfishing.org for a schedule of the
upcoming classes.
The Natural Resources staff and town shellfish volunteers are available
to assist any digger who wants the help. Be prepared to get wet!
Shellfish live in wet sand that gets covered by saltwater when the tide
is high.
Kalweit estimates that there were more than 2,850 recreational permits
issued in 2014, but wishes more folks took advantage of these classes.
“Many folks don’t know the difference between a little neck and
steamer,” he says. “We want to help them get the most out of their
experience. There’s nothing more rewarding than getting outside and
digging your own dinner.”

More than just a
Village Library
Susan Belekewicz, Executive Director
Since recently joining the Osterville community as the Library’s new
Executive Director, I have learned, first hand, that Osterville is a
delightful and welcoming place, full of tradition, history and its very
own flair. The library is and has always been the heart of this village,
which is why the relationship between the village and the Director is
so special.
The original Osterville Free Library opened its doors 133 years ago, in
January of 1882, on the current site of Oyster Island Emporium. The
move to establish the library was led by William Lloyd Garrison, son of
the famous Boston Abolitionist and a summer resident of Wianno: at
the time, it was the third library on Cape Cod. Throughout the library’s
distinguished history, there have been many temporary custodians –
I am but one in a long line. Thinking in those terms, the responsibility
is a bit daunting as well as humbling, but more than anything it is an
absolute privilege to serve this institution.
Recently, the library has changed dramatically.
In keeping with the Osterville tradition of
“nothing but the best”, in 2012, the library
was transformed from a dated building (circa
1958) which had previously housed a Five and
Dime Store, to a modern new 21st century
high-tech structure. And in keeping with the
structural change and expansion, so too, the
community’s expectation of the role for its
library is changing and expanding.
Now, our task is to fulfill the community’s
expectations of their 21st century library by
heightening our impact on the lives of our
village’s residents. To accomplish this task, we
will need to implement high quality cultural,
social and intellectual programs that fulfill the
needs of all constituents.
The library also has an obligation to work with
the community to successfully preserve the
treasures of 20th century Osterville for future
generations before they are lost.

The History Room of the Library currently houses books, letters, and
pictures from Osterville “of days gone by” that were painstakingly
preserved by my predecessors. As homes of old Osterville families are
being emptied for sale, we must make every attempt to save items that
will be of important historical significance to the village and its residents
in the future.
Perhaps the most significant challenge the library must face is to provide
for its ongoing support. Unlike municipal libraries, the Osterville Village
Library is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. While the Town of Barnstable
generously grants 35% of the annual operating budget to the Library,
the remaining 65% of the funding to support annual operations must be
raised through the generosity of the community. There is a significant
difference between the old operating budget and the new one. As such,
it is incumbent upon us to grow our endowment, special event income
and annual appeal commensurate with the requirements to support our
current operations. Bake sales, book sales, and the annual clambake are
no longer enough to support our needs.
But, while we are growing and evolving into our 21st century “self”, it is
incumbent upon us to retain the charm of the rich traditions that have always
made the library important to the village. Golf tournaments, clambakes,
and Christmas teas have become the mainstay for Osterville residents over
the years. And of course, the summer concerts on the Library’s green are
the highlight of the season. Generations of Osterville children and summer
residents have created family memories having picnics while listening to
concerts on the green. Now, those who were children are bringing their
grandchildren to these same concerts. This kind of American tradition is
priceless and must continue.
So with a thank you to our longtime patrons and open arms to the youth
and young families in our community today, we will mix old traditions
with new, and continuously evolve. During my time at its helm, as the
history of this institution continues to be written, I look forward to leading
the library through its transformation into a vital 21st century cultural,
social and intellectual center for this community, so that both today’s
and tomorrow’s philanthropists will want to ensure the library continues
for the next 133 years.

compete in a spirited race on the beautiful waters of Barnstable’s

Paddle Cape Cod, Eastern Mountain Sports or Sea Sports Cape Cod.
This event is to benefit the programs of Three Bays Preservation. Join
