PUSH is a mobile app that allows customers to order and pay for drinks at supported venues without having to queue at the bar. It works by letting customers view a venue's menu on the app, order drinks, and have them delivered to their table or be ready for pickup. This reduces queues and allows bar staff to focus on drink preparation. It also provides benefits to venues like increased sales, guaranteed payment, insights into customer data and spending habits, and the ability to promote special offers and events in real-time through the digital menus.

The customer downloads PUSH from the
App Store (Android coming soon), signs up
and is instantly able to view a personalised
list of all PUSH supported venues, based on
their location.
The customer selects a venue and can obtain
directions, travel by CityMapper, or catch an
Uber straight to the venue.
When inside the venue, the customer scrolls
through the full venue menu and adds any
items they wish to the PUSH basket.

3. Customer Basket
LOCATION DETECTION
In the PUSH basket, the customer can adjust
their order and opt either for table service or
they can choose to collect their order from
the bar. Deliver to table is by far the most
frequently used option and orders are
delivered through the use of our iBeacon
technology which automatically picks up
where they are located in the venue.
After ordering and simultaneously paying,
the customer has the opportunity to share
their order on social media with a custom
message or one pre-populated for the
venue.

4. Venue Offers
OFFERS
The customer’s order is sent to our bespoke
PUSH system behind the bar on which staff
can view and accept incoming orders. Bar
staff also declare orders delivered or ready
for collection, depending on the customer’s
preference. The customer is kept up to date
with their order’s status in real time, giving
them peace of mind.
For each order through the PUSH system,
staff can view key metrics that, when utilised
effectively, will drive customer loyalty.
Venues are able to see the name of their
customer, how often they visit and how
much they spend. Venues can also flag key
customers to ensure they are treated as key
customers should be.
