General Administrator: Developed my first role as an administrator. My duties were from
production of several asian frozen foods, to the distribution, sales, customer service, quality,
accounting, etc. Managed up to 10 people when I was able to increase the company's value
and growth throughout the course of 1 year. The company had to dissolve due to personal
problems within the partners.
Teleperformance
2013 - 2014
1st Level Microsoft Windows Technician: My duties were inbound calls received from Microsoft
Users around the globe. My main role was to help, repair, assist, and sell to the customer on the
line. During the course of the next months I was able to excel regularly on the weekly and
monthly leaderboard for both of my performances in sales and customer service.
OKF Costa Rica
2012 - 2013
Brand Manager, Marketing and Special Side Projects: Provided services as a Brand Manager,
handling all of the company's needs concerning marketing campaigns (billboards, newspaper,
magazines, posters, webpage). I also developed different side projects and was in charged of
securing specific deals of the company which involved special customers. Another responsibility
was taking care of several important assets of the company (which involved logistics, handling,
follow-up, and research) mainly focusing on coolant chambers. Finally another main task was
giving, an almost 24 hour, support to the company's Facebook page (answering queries,
uploading and creating new arts, bidding on ads spots, maintaining direct interaction of our
followers).

Mission Critical Remote Support Specialist: Provided services as an assistant to the system
engineers which gave an outsourced contractual support to the companies that bought HP
servers. I was also given the lead of a side project called "M&N" (Monitoring and
Notification)which consisted in providing a real time notification to the engineers when
applicable.
