The Nurse
Provider
• Be suitably qualified for the services to be rendered
• Be trained on all the technology eco system platforms
• Adhere to all Healthi Choices standards and associated
frameworks, protocols and processes – including sanitisation
of hands, wearing of PPE and social distancing on site
• Be familiar with the expectations of required services as
provided by affiliate providers
• Be familiar with the Service Level requirements of the services
sold to clients as Employee Wellbeing Programme (EWP)
• Should have knowledge of additional services available for
the employees, such as Employee Wellbeing Programme
(EWP).

Single
Entry Point
• Into the event site
• To manage single point entry into the event- can be a security
guard or lay person ( Marshal)
• To wear a mask
• The Marshal should avoid coming closer than 1,5 metre from
any participant while managing the area outside the event
• The Marshal will explain to queuing participants:
• The process of how this event will take place
• Mask on at all times

Procedure • Ground to be demarcated by masking tape/buff tape for lines
1,5 m apart on the ground.
• Lines should be marked for long enough distance to ensure
entire queue – this can be as many blocks as possible.

Sanitizer
Station
• Short distance (at least 1,5m) from single entry point inside
the event
• Sanitising official (SO) to correctly sanitise the participants
hand- can be a security guard or lay person
• Sanitising official SO to wear mask (one per event)
• Can wear sterile gloves
• To stay as far away from the participant as possible
• Sanitising official SO to wash/sanitise each time they remove
gloves
• Sanitising official SO to keep exits and re entries to minimum
during event

Set up and
Procedure • Sanitiser spray bottle held by Sanitising official SO, not
requiring a table
• Sprays hand sanitiser on each participants hand
• Ensures that the participant fully rubs sanitiser over both
hands up to the wrist
• Sanitising official SO not to touch the participant
• Participant must not touch the sanitiser bottle or SO

Assessments
• Private room for Screenings
• Table and chairs
• Temperature checking device
• Tablet, with the screening questionnaire, to record the
screening results
• Back up assessment forms, in the case of the Tablet not usable.

Assessments
• Alcohol-based hand rubs containing at least 70 percent alcohol,
disinfectants, and disposable towels for workers to clean their
hands and their work surfaces while setting up the event
• Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is needed to protect the
health care worker from exposure.
• PPE include Surgical Gloves, Surgical Face Masks.
• No-touch refuse bins, all waste disposal will follow the normal
standard of elimination, that is via the Distribution Centre

Workplace
Controls
• Providing adequate areas for washing of hands with running
water and soap and/or
• Providing hand-sanitizers for employees at strategic high-
volume areas like entrance doors.
• Regularly disinfecting of the tables and chairs in meeting
rooms and canteen areas.
• Enforcing the wearing of masks by employees
• Setting up the work areas to allow social distancing to
minimize contact amongst employees.
• Maintain social distancing in the waiting areas where the
interactions and screenings are taking place, minimum of 2
people waiting, at 1.5 meters apart.
• Encouraging sick workers to stay at home.
