Introduction to Marketing Automation
You have a great website that’s attracting thousands of visitors a month but you are not getting the
enquiries you want and expect. If this is the case you are not alone.
Although you might have great marketing collateral on your site and your content is as good as it can
be, you are still relying on the visitor finding it and reading it, then making an enquiry. Also if they are
not yet ready to buy will they remember where they saw your product or service when they are?
Your visitors will have many different requirements, different motivations, and be at different points
in the buying cycle.
Marketing and selling are only successful when relevant and timely. To achieve this we need to know
who your visitors are and what they are interested in.
Marketing Automation is about identifying your website visitors, understanding them better, then
using this information to sell to them successfully.

effective, and will result in higher sales for your business.
