• The Board consists of 28 members
• 12 selected by resource contributors
• 6 selected by WHO regional committees
• 6 designated by the Board from the cooperating parties
• 4 agencies that comprise the Standing Committee

• Members serve for fours years
• Currently Afghanistan until 31 December 2018
