3. Mr Rhodri Morganās contribution was crucial in setting up the Wales for Africa
programme, a Welsh Government initiative. Since 2006, this initiative has been
working to build a fairer world through promoting Fair Trade practices, facilitating
the work of diaspora communities in Wales, and supporting placements that
contribute to UN sustainable development goals.

4. The African Community Center (ACC) and the
Sub-Sahara Advisory Panel (SSAP) held an event
on the 21st July to honour and remember Mr
Rhodri Morgan.

wonderful stories and testimonies to
share that demonstrated the life of a
remarkable man.
