A hoteling system can be simple - an interactive monitor with your scheduling software (like Microsoft Exchange or EMS) so that people can book rooms from a central point, or complex - a touchscreen map with the option to instantly book a room

As you choose the right type of interactive messaging, using a call to action can be the right thing to motivate your audience. A call-to-action is an image or line of text that prompts your visitors, leads, and customers to take action. It is, quite literally, a "call" to take an "action."
The action you want people to take could be anything:, sign up for a webinar or event, get a coupon, tap or touch here to learn how to win…
The most famous Call to Action on most touch screens is Touch Here or Touch to Start, but you can be more specific in your lingo
A call to action is a great way to use your touch screens
You are actually telling or persuading your audience what to do which helps you have more control.
If you are not currently using Call to Actions and start to use them and 1 person signs up, You have already increased the amount of viewers you were certainly aware were paying attention to your displays.
A call to Action can help define whether or not your content converts to the results you want
Surveying allows the you to determine how an audience is engaging
with their message by monitoring what people are looking at and what
tasks they perform.”
By using interactive signage, businesses can learn what applications need to be updated
