10. OFFLINE
Most leases are in very remote locations with no access to cell
phone reception or wi-fi. Without the ability to function offline,
Field Data Capture applications would be rendered useless.
Our Field Data Capture application works completely offline
without the need for cell phone reception or wi-fi. Your data is
encrypted, cached to the local device and is automatically
uploaded whenever the device regains connectivity.
This data is time-stamped from the time you submit the form, not
the time the information was uploaded. This ensures that all
calculations are correct.

Our Field Data Capture application like all other parts of GDS
Ware has the ability to integrate with our Workflow Automation
engine.
This allows you to digitize your standard operating procedures
and ensure processes are followed as directed. This engine can
also automate tasks like updating database values, creating
tasks, sending notifications, sending emails and generating
custom reports. The possibilities are only limited by your
imagination.

12. WELL BORE DIAGRAMS
Keeping track of well bore diagrams in Excel or on paper is far

create a well bore diagram by enabling users to create them
directly from the field.
