About the owner:- Mr. Vinay Mangrulkar has been instrumental in creation of
VPMS as a medium to provide the technical support, guidance and engineering
assistance to growing construction companies who cannot sustain the
engagement of full-fledged planning and monitoring department considering
the size of the company and expectations of the project they have associated.
He is a graduate in civil engineering from Osmania university and passed with
distinction in 1988.
As a quest for application post engineering, he served small construction
companies for understanding drawings and converting them on the ground
with all the construction practices and sequences in place.

About the owner:- He served Konkan Railway Corporation Limited post this
short period association with small construction companies and had exposure
of finalizing alignment, quantity estimation, rate analysis , method statements,
item description, assistance in creation, floating and award of contracts, getting
work done from consultants, contracting companies in the areas of high
embankments, deep cuttings, lined and unlined tunnels of varied lengths, ROBs
and RUBs, major bridges with PSC girders and with other sleek designs, minor
bridges like arch bridges, slab culverts, siphon culverts , box culverts and RCC
pipe culverts, station building and quarters, track linking of LWRs, etc.
He has also taken lead for completion of major bridges departmentally when
the original contractor had abandoned the works. Post completing the track
linking he had served the best construction company in India.

About the owner:- He has served Larsen and Toubro –ECC Division for a
decade and had the exposure of serving in projects related to:
 Construction of 500 TPD paper plant with WTP, ETP, internal roads and staff
quarters
 Construction of regional rural water supply scheme with design, execution
and commissioning for three districts in Maharashtra and in Goa
 Strengthening of two lane with flexible pavement and new construction of
two lane with rigid portion for 28 KM of NH4 in Satara district of
Maharashtra having major and minor bridges, flyovers, vehicular, bullock
cart and pedestrian underpasses besides the earthwork, granular works,
bituminous and concrete pavements, junction developments and toll plaza.

disputes, creation of quality and safety manuals , QAPs, etc.
He has served the premier organization Hindustan Construction Company and
its allied companies for construction, development and operation of a smart
city from the initiation stage for more than a decade. He had exposure to
 Concept plan development from the reputed Town Planner HOK for
proposed smart hill station

management to avoid permanent engagement of these roles by growing
companies which cannot afford the services for full time basis.
