When adding chicken and or beef into
the En Chiladas any meats need to
be pre cooked.
Depending on preference and what you will be including into the En Chiladas, it
will very on what you should cook first. The basic instructions would consist of
cooking the peppers down into the sauce you will be using for you En Chiladas.
It also varies on if you will including any side dishes with your main Corse,
example being Mexican fried rice.

• WHEN YOU HAVE PRE ROLLED YOUR TORTAS THEN YOU
CAN ADD THE SAUCE AND EXTRA CHEESE. NEXT YOU CAN
PLACE THEM INTO THE OVEN FOR 15 TO 30 MIN. AT 300 (
UNTIL CHEESE IS MELTED AND SAUCE COMES TO A BOIL
LIKE STATE).
• Next if you add Mexican fried rice for a side you could
start cooking that wile you cook your En Chiladas. When
Frying the rice add pepper, sault, little pinch of cumin,
and diced tomatoes.
