  3. 3. -Beans, salad, potatoes and meat. INGREDIENTS sausages oil 1 large onion Flour chicken stock Cream and butter mustard,
  4. 4. PREPARATION1. Preheat the oven to 204°C.
  5. 5. 2. Place the onion wedges in a single layer in a baking dish.Sprinkle with the sugar, salt, and pepper. Bake in the oven.
  6. 6. • 3. Make the bangers and mash.• While the onions are in the oven,boilthe potatoes for about 20 minutes.
  7. 7. 4.COOK THE SAUSAGES IN THE PAN.
  8. 8. 5. WARM THE MILK AND MELT THE BUTTER IN ASMALL SAUCEPAN.
  9. 9. 6. DRAIN THE POTATOES AND MASH THEM WITH AHANDHELD POTATO MASHER. SLOWLY ADD THE MILKAND BUTTER MIXTURE. THEN SEASON WITH SALT ANDPEPPER.
  10. 10. 7.Add some of the caramelized onion and you can taste it.
