History of TI Cycles of India
 TI cycles of India, one of the leading bicycle manufacturers in India. The
company started in 1949, has been at the forefront of innovations and is a
pioneer in the market of cycles.
 The first cycle launched in India in TI Cycles in 1951
 TI cycles are the makers of country’s most famous brand like Hercules, BSA and
Philips cycles.
 HERCULES the flag ship brand of TI cycles portfolio, this first launched brand of
our is still as young as over. Signifying strength and passion.

ME shop (MANUFACTURING EXCELENT)

MAJOR BRANDS:
DRESSING CODE:
 Dark Blue pants and sky blue color shirts for permanent
workers.
 Green T-shirts for Trainees.
 Compulsory shoes.
 For contract laborer’s, separate dresses for separate
contract workers under separate contractors
 They are 12 contractors
 Every contract workers wearing the name of contractors in
their shirts
ATTENDANCE REGISTRATION:
 All workers including contract labour, trainees, management staff
attendance are maintained by time office through HR
department.
 Separate punching machine for contract labour, trainees and
management staff
 If an employee punch to miss or come late, when he got
permission to work, he may register his name in missing punch
regularization slip. That day will calculated for salary also.
 Monthly the registration copy sent to management.
 Per day all workers punch their card 4 times and also individual
workers punch their card to concerned plant

 Permanent workers – 108
 Contract Laborer’s – 200-300
 Trainees – 900
 Women workers (contract laborer’s only) 30-70
 Staff-62

ATTENDANCE REGISTRATION:  All workers including contract labour, trainees, management staff attendance are maintained by time office through HR department.  Separate punching machine for contract labour, trainees and management staff  If an employee punch to miss or come late, when he got permission to work, he may register his name in missing punch regularization slip. That day will calculated for salary also.  Monthly the registration copy sent to management.  Per day all workers punch their card 4 times and also individual workers punch their card to concerned plant
