1. Has thorough knowledge ofall banking operations and well versed in front office operations. Has
been efficient and quick in disposing customers in front office departments ofcash, savings, current,
cash credit to deposit sections, issue of demand drafts, clearing departmental works, etc., Has
handled large size of customers at cash on a regular basis and won the accolades ofcustomers for
speedy service in the sensitive department.
2. Customer Service and Satisfaction should be the primary motto of any bank employee. I have
specialized in this art and has been looked upon by colleagues, superiors, higher ups and more so by
the customers ofdifferent nature and needs with high respect and regard. Had been the favourite of
the vast majority of bank customers at all the branches wherever I had worked, and was widely
acknowledged and appreciated for the courteous and prompt service extended to them. A special

participation in the Inclusive Programs ofthe GovtofIndia aimed at providing Banking Servicesfor
the Rural population, in the form of opening ofbank accounts, disbursal ofagricultural credit and
loans in the priority sector, meant exclusively for the upliftment of the Rural Poor.

6. Was instrumental in arranging, coordinating and organizing Retail lending camps,Housing loan
expos/exhibitions, Educational loan camps and other such related activities on account of the
confidence and faith reposed in me by my Managers and Higher ups which were successful and
yielded good results.
7. Has also worked in the Foreign Exchange Department of the Bank. Was familiar with foreign
exchange transactions, overseas credit facilities and disbursals, LCs, BGs and related transactions
carried out in the 1990s.
8. Has the experience ofhaving worked in the Regional Administrative Office of the Bank. Has a
sound knowledge ofEnglish and was widely admired by all for the brevity and efficiency in speaking,

9. Though, having joined the Bank in the Clerical cadre and opting for Voluntary Retirement in the
same cadre (for performing the marriage of second daughter), with more than three decades of

juniors irrespective ofcadre and age. Equally were the large section ofthe customers, who repented
the exit of their favourite employee from the services of the Bank.
10. Is specialized in Personal/Retail Banking lending operations (Personal/Salaried loans, Auto/Car
loans), Educational loans and Housing loans. Despite being in the clerical cadre, was exclusively
entrusted by the Managers and Higher ups to closely examine,apprise and process numerous loans
in the above category for sanction, disbursal and end utilization follow up.
11. Ofall the above,was highlyregardedand valuedby the RegionalManagementofthe Bank,when
I heldthe positionofthe GeneralSecretaryofSyndicate Bank Employees’Union,TamilNadu during
the period 2002-2006 for the positive, pragmatic and realistic approach to labour issues and their
redressal.
12. In short, I have experienced and learnt the art of SALES, SERVICE and MARKETING ofmy
Bank products and put them to effective use. But both have no limits and bounds. Experience and
Learning are diverse and endless.
Summing up, I would like to mention here that, I am grateful to my Institution “SYNDICATE
BANK” for providing me livelihood and all other things that I have accomplished. At the same time,
I do carry a great sense ofsatisfaction ofhaving served the Institution devotedly, faithfully, loyally,
sincerely, truly with pride and gratitude. I do have an immense satisfaction ofhaving trained on the
job a lots of young clerical and officer recruits, who will carry the baton with devotion and loyalty,
in the interest ofthe INSTITUTION AND NATION. I shall hold my Institution in high esteem for
