certain.”

tyrant”

He can sustains the life-blood of any
organization.
Research shows his traits are
surprisingly strong drivers of business
success.
Why not “The demotivating
petty tyrant”?
Managers who focus too much on
performance at the expense of people
can be ruinous to the organization over
the long term.
So As a Manager,
What Can You do when you

● Understand the limits of your data analysis
and set the threshold accordingly.
● Keep in mind the distinction between a
threshold competence and a distinguishing
one.

● Consider the power of a leader’s character.
● Consider the guy’s role as a boss and his
impact on the morale, loyalty, focus, and
stress levels of his direct reports.
