Virgin Kraft Paper ranging from 18 to 40 BF in coloured & non coloured varieties with a turnover
of plus 300Cr. annual and production capacity approx. 400MT/day, as AGM (Marketing) leading
operations across India specially in North , East & Central India and also in adjoining International
markets like Nepal & Bangladesh.
Time Period - July ’15 to Present.
Key Roles & Responsibilities :
1. Developing / Adding new distributors as well as consumers in the required & potential areas in
order to make the distribution channel as strong as possible.
2. Speculate market conditions, negotiate prices with the clients & take dynamic/quick decisions to
crack deals worth crores.
3. To analyze competitors product, policies & strategies on a continuous basis in order to always be
competitive in the market.
4. To plan visits/meeting with the new clients for business developments.
5. To act as a problem solver for internal issues & a grievance handler for our buyers.
Last employed with K R Pulp & Papers Ltd, Shahjahanpur(U.P.) – Manufacturing papers of
various grades with a turnover of plus 400Cr. annual and production capacity more than
350MT/day, as Manager (Marketing).

Key Roles & Responsibilities :
- Completely heading marketing operations for three products out of seven of my company by
co-coordinating with the peoples of connected departments and an assistant, directly under the
guidance of our Managing Director.
- Procuring orders from the existing clients and to retain them by making sure that they will get
the best quality & service especially in terms of timely deliveries, safe & cost effective
transportation and immediate action at the time of any issue.
- Production planning & co-ordination with the production team for smooth working.
2. - Co-ordination with QC peoples to make sure that our clients will get the required quality of
product.
- Resolving the quality complaint if any by co-coordinating the quality inspection at client’s
place & settling the complaint commercially if required.
- To keep a strict eye over the payment for timely collections and co-ordination with accounts
people for reconciliations of books.

Absorbent Kraft Paper : India’s biggest manufacturers of decorative laminates such as
Greenply Industries Ltd. , Merino Industries Ltd. , Century Ply , National Plywood , Olyumpic
Laminates and many more.
Corrugation Kraft Paper : Parle Buscuits , Britania Industries , Fri-To-Lay(food division of
Pepsico India) , Hindustan Unilever Ltd., and many other MNC’s & MLC’s directly &
indirectly.
Black Soda Ash(Na2CO3) : It is a by-product of our company which we sell to Sodium
Silicate manufacturers & the big glass manufacturers like Hindustan National Glass Industries
Ltd. , AGI Glass , and many other big brands directly & indirectly.
Previously employed with Spearhead Infotech Systems Pvt Ltd, Navi Mumbai – Provides E-mail
solutions to the corporate & other big institutions, as Marketing Manager.
