2. Duties as staff:
1. Assistance coordinator for National Community Health Volunteer Program, Aug. 2007
up to date.
The tasks:
- Follow-up the program in 11 States.
- Facilitator the CBHFA TOT in for the first training in the states.
- Summarize and analyze monthly reports after collected form field officer in the States
- Visiting the states for M&E
- Sending and distribution of First Aid kit.
- Participate in field surveys in states.
- Linking the SRCS volunteer with health activities, the plan one volunteer supervisor for 15
to 20 houses near his home support for First Aid, hygiene & health education (CBHFA).
- Assistance in any business are required from National project coordinator.
2. Zone Coordinator from May 2008 up to date (OD section, PMER Unit).
A) The tasks of organizational development
- Training and Rehabilitation: Survey of training needs and qualifications of workers in
the sector to be included in the national training plan, especially in the core areas is
related programs (administration, planning, supervision, development of leadership skills,
negotiation skills .... etc).
- Structures: continued review of the structures of branches at the sector level and to
make proposals to upgrade the performance of employees and volunteers.
- Rules and Regulations: To provide technical support for the rehabilitation of
administrative and financial systems and information technology sector and
enlightenment of all branches of the systems and regulations of the association.
- Governing bodies: the rehabilitation and building the capacity of governing bodies
(boards of directors) at the branch level in the sector.
- Policy change: upgrade activities of branches through a policy change to keep up with
developments and the continuing nature of the changes inside and outside the Society.
B) The task of coordinating programs Society (PMER):
- Planning and follow-up: coordination of efforts among the technical departments and
branches of the sector and provide technical support for the preparation of plans,
monitoring and evaluation in coordination with responsible planning and follow-up
program management and institutional development.
- Calendar Reports: participation in review panels, follow up and coordinate efforts with
the technical departments to prepare reports on the branches in the sector.
- Integration and coordination activities: work to include activities on the development of
branches and volunteers in all programs for the Society.
- Commitment to coordination between the components of the international movement at
the field level in the sector to achieve the objectives of the society.

C) New task: RAMP Survey (using Magpi Software) 2014:
- Facilitator: I was participated Workshop RAMP TOT training for IFRC East Africa, Nairobi
in a program using the mobile field survey, which is considered one of modern
technologies in a quick survey.
- Implementation: carried out RAMP training workshop and designing questionnaire with
implementation the Baseline survey using Mobile phone (Magpi Software) for the first
time in Sudan in 3 projects on Sennar, Kassala and Red Sea States.
Experiences in volunteer activities:
Volunteer in Sudanese Red Crescent Society since 1992 until now.
Member of the committee preparing the manuals guide of volunteer work in SRCS (volunteer
policy and structures, procedures and regulations), 2006, and refresher in January 2010.
