I joined the Marlin HousingAuthority in 2004 as the AdministrativeAssistantand became the Executive Director in 2009. In
my capacity as theExecutive Director, I provideaffordablehousingassistanceto over 160 families and havemaintained a
96% occupancy rate. In recent years I have aggressively soughtto renovate the housingconditions.I haveworked over 12
years servingin the housingindustry.

 Prepare yearly operational budget
 Prepare financial and occupancy reports as required by regulation
 Diligently collect rents and ensured that deposits are made promptly
 Interprets and clarifies standards,policies,and procedures for the operation to ensure consistent compliance with
state and federal regulations
 Assists in developing plans for implementing new requirements to conform to program changes
 Hiring and training of new employees
 Supervise maintenance work and ensured that grounds were kept in good standards
 Instituted insurance and employee benefits for this office

 Accepts application, verifies income, and determines eligibility and rent
