 Summary of Qualification
* I am responsible for managing the Supplier Quality Department on John Deere Construction Brazil. With a team
oriented to develop Domestic Components on Suppliers using tool like a DPAR, Print Review and PPAP as well as
its periodic audits of quality process and quality system to ensure the satisfaction of our customers. And other team
oriented to problem solving of Suppliers inside of John Deere Works seeking continuous reduction of the PPM and
increased productivity using tool like Six Sigma and Kaizen always looking for the Business with Quality;
* At Benteler Automotive Components, I was responsible for managing the Quality of the Lead Plant Mercosul.
With a team oriented to problem solving internal (plant) and external (suppliers) like a welding, cut and assembly
seeking continuous reduction of the PPM and increased productivity as well as its periodic audits of quality system
and process to ensure the satisfaction of our customers.
* At Valeo Electrical Systems Brazil, responding directly to Quality Director I worked as Quality Supervisor with
direct responsibility on the Plant. Acting to resolving problems of Quality Supplier at lines of the plant with the
analyses of root causes, and development of Suppliers to products Starters and Alternators.
* Experience with the implementation and use of methodologies and tools such as PDCA, FTA, DMAIC, PPAP,
MSA, SPC, FMEA, QRQC, QSB, VAQ 2104, DPAR/Print Review and others.
* Responsible for the implementation of the QSB (Quality System Basic) Valeo site in Campinas, was validated
by GM and Fiat in this project.
* I have a lot easier to provide training, since the AmBev prepare myself and Minister any training related to
improving productivity or quality on the factory floor (awareness, product knowledge, etc.).
 Results Achieved:
* At John Deere I was responsible in setting up the department of Supplier Quality to the division of Construction
& Forestry on Brazil, performing all the hiring and training of Engineers and Technicians, assembly the materials
laboratory, application of procedures and standards..
* Also in this project I was responsible for developing 60% of the components of Brazil (like Backhoe and Loaders
machines) divided into commodities (such as electrical, hydraulic, welded components, powertrain components,
tires and wheels among others) and still supported the tropicalization from imported part numbers,

* Mechanical Engineer w/ emphasis on Mechatronics by Universidade Cruzeiro do Sul, São Paulo – SP.
