Help is provided regardless of whether it is reported to the police or not or an offender is identified or not We also support relatves and those persons close to the victim, as well as emergency helpers and wittnesses of an offence We support victims living in Germany, even if the crime took place abroad. We support victims living abroad and the crime took place in Germany.
