This is my homework for week 12

3. MY HOUSE
My house is on one level, it is not very big, but it has good circulation
between the spaces and also the rooms are very well accommodated.
Upon entering my house the first thing we find is the living room, then
there is the dining room and a little further down is the kitchen. If we go
from my dining room to the left, there is a small corridor that connects
three bedrooms and a full bathroom; At the back of my house there is a
porch, which is accessible from outside and from the kitchen. The porch
is connected to a laundry and service room.

4. INTRODUCTION ABOUT THE TOPIC
In this activity we have to take photos and describe spaces in our
house; so, the things that are found or that we can appreciate in them
we describe using "there is" and "there are". According to what I
learned from the video, "there is" is used to refer to something in the
singular and "there are" for something in the plural. Both can be used
in negations (adding "not") and in questions (changing the word
order); but, only "there is" can be abbreviated to "there's", "there are"
cannot.

10. SKETCH
This is the living room that I have drawn; What I
would like to modify of this space are a few
details, not many, and they have to do mainly
with the furniture. What I would like to modify in
the living room are the sofas, to put more
modern ones with light colors, I would also like
to place a rug with a coffee table, put a
bookcase, some paintings and a lamp. Referring
to the constructive it would only change the style
and shape of the window, I would modify it by
making it two vertical windows so that more light
enters and not so much directly.
