Steve Jobs was born in San Francisco in 1955 and adopted. He attended Reed College in Oregon for two years before co-founding Apple with Steve Wozniak in 1976. Jobs later resigned from Apple in 1985 to start NeXT and acquire Pixar. He currently works as the interim CEO of Apple, where he helps design and market electronics like the iPod, iPad, and iPhone.
