1. Overview
Truc Pham will be the lead project manager and will be responsible for all day-to-day project
management activities on this project. She will work with the design team to jointly manage the
project and be involved in all aspects of work including client communication, project set-up and
scheduling, cost management, tender & procurement management and construction monitoring.
Truc Pham will be single point-of-contact for JLL for this project.
Experience
Truc is a license Architect and has worked for several foreign architectural firms in Viet Nam such
as Atlas Industries/ Surbana. Truc participated in some big projects built in UK but developed in
Viet Nam at Atlas Industries and served as project leader of a few prominent projects including:
Emerald Tower Mix-used development, Residential Area Masterplan in Dong Nai province, Amata
Commercial Complex in Bien Hoa City at Surbana.
With over 10 years of design background and 5 years of construction work, Truc’s principal task at
JLL is handling the office fit-out projects including: conceptual design, tender procedure &
assessment, contract documents, construction supervisor, quality inspection, site report and
handover.
