• Type of projects involved: Civil, MRT construction and other minor contracts (Manpower,
procurement of equipment and services)
• Level of involvement: drafting of Contract, based on previous awarded Contracts and
experiences encountered in other Contracts and Project Team and Architecture Engineering
(AE) consultancy input.
• Contract Administration of main Civil Contract; Contract sum of 199 million SGD
• Budget forecasting and reporting to higher management
• Contract administration for minor Contracts; Contract sum from 100,000 to 1 million SGD
• Progress Claim review and assessment in tandem to construction progress
• Notified Claims review and analysis, arising from discrepancies and dispute matters
