Formed in 2013 to acquire a 260 unit self-storage facility in Salt Lake City. This facility, called Bestway Self Storage,
was underperforming when initially acquired in March 2013. The occupancy at that time was 68%. By the beginning
of 2014, the occupancy was up to 94%, and 2014 was a record year in profits.

Formulated, directed and coordinated marketing activities and policies to promote products and services, working
with advertising and promotion managers.
