Formed in 2013 to acquire a 260 unit self-storage facility in Salt Lake City. This facility, called Bestway Self Storage,
was underperforming when initially acquired in March 2013. The occupancy at that time was 68%. By the beginning
of 2014, the occupancy was up to 94%, and 2014 was a record year in profits.

 Formulated, directed and coordinated marketing activities and policies to promote products and services, working
with advertising and promotion managers.
 Directed the hiring, training, and performance evaluations of marketing or sales staff and oversee their daily
activities.
 Evaluated the financial aspects of product development, such as budgets, expenditures, research and development
appropriations, as well as return-on-investment and profit-loss projections.
 Buff Enterprises owns and operates Nightmare on 13th Haunted House in Salt Lake City.
