of 25 engineer professionals to better plan, program and execute USASOC’s diverse facility management
responsibilities including 15 million square feet of real property at over 20 installations and sites around the
world. Principle engineer advisor to the Commander, USASOC for all aspects of engineering support and
responsible for all planning, programming, construction, maintenance and space utilization fora construction
program exceeding $4OOmillion in fiscal year 2015 and over $1.5 billion across the Program Objective
Memorandum FY17-21 and across multiple funding streams including Operations & Maintenance.
Commander, Wilmington District, US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Wilmington, NC
(JUL 2011-JUL 2014, 50 hrs/wk, Supervisor: MG Semonite/BG Jackson). Senior executivefor a USACE
Engineer District responsible for the command, control and leadership of this large organization composed of
seven major operating elements, four major construction sites, four regulatory field offices,twomilitary
construction offices,and seven vessels afloat. Responsible for floodand coastal storm damage risk management,
navigation, recreation, natural resource management, hydropower,dredging, floodcontrol and ecosystems across
six major watersheds in twostates. Provided Emergency Public Works engineering support to Americans in need
thru support to either FEMA, the National Response Framework/StaffordAct, or directly through Public Law-84-
99 responsibilities. Responsible fora program budget forRegulatory, Civil Works and Military Construction that
exceeded $200 million annually.
Director, Combined Joint Operations Center, ISAF Joint Command, Kabul, Afghanistan (AUG
2009 – JUN 2010, 65 hrs/wk, Supervisor: GEN Rodriguez). Responsible forthe stand-up and
supervision of the Combined Joint Operations Center (CJOC) and the Current Operations Cross Functional Team to
ensure that operations across the combined joint operational area were effectively monitored, reported and
sustained. Primary advisor to the Commanding General on current operations requiring decisions and action. Also,
the primary point of contactforall of the Regional Command Liaisons to ensure synchronization of operations
across Afghanistan. Directly supervised more than 50 joint and multi-national officers,non-commissioned officers,
contractorsand DODcivilians.
Deputy Brigade Commander, 20th Engineer Brigade, Fort Bragg, NC (JUL 2008 – AUG 2009,
50 hrs/wk, Supervisor: BG Kaiser). Represented the Brigade Commander in his absence and responsible to
assist in the command and control of six Battalions of Sappers, Mappers, Builders, Firefighters, and Divers;over
3800 personnel in total. Responsible to manage the training and readiness oversight of remote units not at Fort
Bragg (other units were located at Fort Drum, NY, Fort Campbell, KY, Fort Knox, KY and Fort Eustis, VA).
2. Commander, Brigade Special Troops Battalion, 508th Infantry Brigade, 82nd Airborne
Division, Fort Bragg, NC (JUN 2006-JUL 2008, 70 hrs/wk, Supervisor: BG (R) Schwietzer).
Commander of a special troops battalion including more than 650 paratroopers assigned to twoHeadquarters
Companies, one Engineer Company, one Military Intelligence Company, one Signal Company, one ForwardSupport
Company, 10 Engineer pacing items, 18 intelligence collectionplatforms, 11 communications platforms, 6
command and control posts, and more than 40 combat and combat support vehicles valued at over $650 million. In
garrison and while deployed in combat in Afghanistan, responsible for the unit's training, readiness, leadership
development, morale, discipline, and welfare. Effectively manageda Commander's Emergency Response Program
accountof more than $3 million enabling the construction of more than fifty low cost, high impact projects such as
wells, mosques and school upgrades.

North, Fort Bliss, TX (NOV 2003- JUN2006) led the Army support to an interagency efforton cooperation and
collaboration on the transnational threat of tunneling across our national borders and was responsible forscoping
projects , recruiting units, resourcing them, and providing coordination and quality controlfor various
infrastructure / forceprotection projects on the US-Mexican Border; BattalionExecutiveOfficerandAssistant
DivisionEngineer,82nd Airborne Division, Fort Bragg, NC (JUN2001 – DEC 2003) supervised a staff of 12 to
conductthe deliberate planning of the invasions of Afghanistan / Iraq after the 911 terrorist attacks and deployed
to Afghanistan as the lead engineer coordinating all engineer support and base camp construction for the
Combined Joint Task Force-82; ResidentEngineer,FortMonmouth, NJ, US Army Corps of Engineers (APR1998 –
FEB 2000) led a staff of 10 engineer professional at the Fort Monmouth field officein Military and Civil Works
Construction on Fort Monmouth, Thule Air ForceBase, Greenland and in the Balkans to effectively plan,program
and execute approximately $25 million in military constructionprojects, several major ($18-22 million) coastal
storm damage reduction contracts on the New Jersey shore; PlatoonLeader,CompanyCommanderandStaff
