  first	
  came	
  in	
  contact	
  with	
  Trevor	
  during	
  the	
  spring	
  semester	
  of	
  2014,	
  when	
  he	
  enrolled	
  in	
  my	
  graduate	
  
course	
  FAS	
  598:	
  Theories	
  of	
  Marriage	
  and	
  Family	
  Relationships.	
  	
  During	
  the	
  time	
  I	
  have	
  had	
  contact	
  with	
  
Trevor,	
  he	
  has	
  shown	
  energetic	
  enthusiasm	
  for	
  learning	
  and	
  openness	
  to	
  new	
  ideas.	
  Trevor	
  was	
  also	
  a	
  
student	
  in	
  my	
  graduate	
  level	
  course,	
  FAS/SOC	
  588:	
  Capstone	
  3,	
  which	
  is	
  the	
  culminating	
  course	
  and	
  final	
  
project	
  in	
  the

eagerness

  had	
  an	
  understanding

  instructed	
  principles	
  of

He	
  has	
  also	
  received	
  impressive	
  grades

  my

  and	
  has	
  always	
  submitted	
  his	
  coursework	
  in	
  a

  • 1.     College of Liberal Arts and Sciences PO  Box  873701          Tempe,  AZ  85287-­‐3701   Phone:  (480)  965-­‐6978          Fax:  (480)  965-­‐6779   thesanfordschool.asu.edu   Subject:  Letter  of  Recommendation  for  Trevor  Moody   To  Whom  It  May  Concern:     Trevor  Moody  was  a  graduate  student  in  our  M.S.  in  Family  and  Human  Development  program  at   Arizona  State  University.  I  am  a  teaching  faculty  member  as  well  as  the  Fieldwork  Director  for  Graduate   Online  Programs  at  ASU  in  the  T.  Denny  Sanford  School  of  Social  and  Family  Dynamics.    I  hope  my  view   and  opinion  of  Trevor  Moody  will  be  beneficial  to  you.       I  first  came  in  contact  with  Trevor  during  the  spring  semester  of  2014,  when  he  enrolled  in  my  graduate   course  FAS  598:  Theories  of  Marriage  and  Family  Relationships.    During  the  time  I  have  had  contact  with   Trevor,  he  has  shown  energetic  enthusiasm  for  learning  and  openness  to  new  ideas.  Trevor  was  also  a   student  in  my  graduate  level  course,  FAS/SOC  588:  Capstone  3,  which  is  the  culminating  course  and  final   project  in  the  M.S.  in  Family  and  Human  Development  degree.    In  these  courses,  he  exhibited  an   eagerness  for  knowledge  and  proved  he  had  an  understanding  of  the  instructed  principles  of  the  course.   He  has  also  received  impressive  grades  in  my  courses  and  has  always  submitted  his  coursework  in  a   timely  manner.   For  his  culminating  project,  he  chose  a  40  hour  fieldwork  placement  with  the  Irvine  Public  Schools   Foundation  in  Irvine,  CA  where  he  worked  closely  with  the  Chief  Program  Officer  to  assess  outcome   data,  improve  the  evaluation  plans  of  the  IPSF  children  programs,  and  develop  a  summary  of  the   relationship  between  IPSF  and  schools  within  the  Irvine  Unified  School  District  for  community   outreach/relations  purposes.  Trevor  received  high  praise  for  his  work  at  the  Irvine  Public  Schools   Foundation.   Trevor  is  highly  motivated  and  interested  in  continuing  his  work  with  children.    He  is  a  compassionate   individual  who  is  committed  to  helping  people.  I  look  forward  to  seeing  his  future  success.     Please  don’t  hesitate  to  contact  me  with  questions  or  concerns  using  the  email  address  or  phone   number  below.  I  would  be  happy  to  discuss  in  more  detail  Trevor’s  performance  in  both  of  my  courses   and  during  his  fieldwork  placement.   Respectfully,   Dr. Bridget Granville Seeley Bridget  Granville  Seeley,  Ph.D   480-­‐861-­‐2043   Bridget.Granville@asu.edu
