PERSONAL PROFILE
A cheerful and polite individual who communicates well, my reliability is
excellent and is a conscientious individual with Maintenance /Electrical and
Mechanical experience on Three Line Production online. I also have some
robotic knowledge and experiences on spraying machinery maintenance and
repairs. I also have some experience with PLC’s and Siemens equipment and
conveyance systems. I have the ability to weld using a TIG welder. I have a
Multi Skilled Background and can use my own initiative or work well in a team.
Currently doing a HNC level 4 Business Management Course with Acquire learning.
MY GOAL
Having weathered the economic storm via contract work and agency
employment, I am now looking to procure permanent employment with a
reputable employer who in turn would benefit from my extensive skill set, I am
willing to undergo any further training and believe I would be an asset to any
company requiring an employee with my knowledge and determination.

materials.

machine part investigated why machines were not working properly and found

* I worked on Rove ma conveyor machinery with sensors.
* I would check that the heat sealer for bagging product is working correctly.
* I checked with machine operator fault finding out blockages and clearing

them.
* I have worked on De-bagging machines with hoist that rips bag open and fills
hoppers.
* I would repair hydraulic and pneumatic filling caps with air pressure that
would fill 1 tonne bins.
* Continuous maintenance of tubes that would have leaks, bolts would loosen
or break off I repaired these issues in a timely fashion.
* I worked on a metal conveyance system on Oil tin filling stations I removed
and replaced damaged parts.
* I also repaired broken hopper tins with wear and tear by plating and welding.
* I also carried out maintenance of box making machinery checking glue
levels. Making sure the machine was running to optimum output.
* I have also worked on vibratory machinery that I am comfortable setting and
operating.
