2. Job Duties
Lead and instruct skilled trades men and women of the facilities and manufacturing
equipment break downs then execute the repair of the equipment to obtain the least
amount of downtime. Schedule the workload throughout the department. Coordinate the
activities of the department related to production, material movement, parts service,
orders, safety and housekeeping. Plan, layout and manage the installation of new
equipment, troubleshoot, repair, replace, rebuild, mechanic and electrical equipment,
install electrical wiring, and fixtures based on company terms, and requirements.
Fabricate parts utilizing electrical and mechanical drawings to maintain equipment.
Complete preventive maintenance work orders per supervisions instructions. Installs,
maintains and repairs facilities distribution panels, lighting, heating and cooling
equipment. Prepare reports, production records, audit and verify production counts,
maintain overtime practices. Communicate operational issues and changes to
supervisor on regular basis.

Accomplishments
Became an electrical apprentice in December 2000, completed the four year
apprenticeship program in three years through current employer. Accepted an upgrade
to electrician in January 2003, then accepted another upgrade to skilled trade’s group
leader In July 2005 and currently holding group leader position.
Built four homes from ground up, remodeled over 75 residential projects, and completed
50 commercial projects on time and under budget.
