WORK EXPERIENCE
Certified General Electrician Trainee
Jepsen Electric - Livermore, CA - September 2013 to Present
Update; presently beginning 30 million dollar restorations on historic Hotel Renior in SF at Market street at
MacAllister; this a residential 8 story historic hotel and commercial use project which will be gutted and then
restored with all it's artistic building personality, with a brand new high-tech infra structure for the comfort and
enjoyment of those fortunate enough to be able too live there. All electrical will run within new metal conduit
overhead hidden within ceilings and then down inside new walls.
Responsibilities
Work update - all duty is now commercial type installs-conduit exclusively with mc feeds into various rooms etc,
remember this is a complete renovation, and since the fire some weeks ago plans have changed to demo of
90% of the original walls and remodeling to time period that Hotel Renoirs was famous for. So I am hanging 3/4
conduit, exclusively with deep, shallow strut connected with all-thread on 1/2" anchors. Doubling struts where
necessary or if possible conduit can be used in a three-bend-saddle. Everything must anchor either overhead
or vertically too older concrete structural members. Running approximately 1000' per 8hr., shift from ladders.
Working in my 4th year as certified trainee, 25% with certified journeymen, 75% individually; Presently
renovations at Hotel Renoirs all commercial - commercial highrise multi-use projects around Bay Area -
Just completed 8 story multi-use project in Redwood City, CA - all phases from layout through trim-conduit,
associated hardware, cables, wires, and 14-2 thru # 8; and all associated hardware; installing devices
overhead, in concrete, using all anchors and associated hardware, master of all power accuated tools and

Accomplishments
have filled the void on this crew that existed in this project until my hire, I am taking my journeymans exam
next year when I have the right number of classroom hours totaled, with the help of Jepsen Electric, and David
Jepsen.
Skills Used
layout, boxing, drilling, working with drywall studs and wood; multi-story feeds, installing high volt hardware and
associated cables; make-up wiring, installing all lighting; and pre-wires as each story in phase is completed.

way and number of men and women who could become licensed working electricans outside of the juridictions
