CONTROLROOM ENGINEER 2, POWER AND RECOVERY
Directed the safe and efficient panel operation of two Chemical Recovery Steam Generating Units, as well as
two sets of Evaporator trains (Delta V DCS Operating System) used to thicken black liquor for recovery boiler
burning. Directed the safe and efficient panel operation of two Steam Driven Power Generating Units with a
combined power generation of 45 MW’s(Delta V and Mark 6 DCS operating systems).Directed the safe and
efficient panel operaton of one Hog Fuel Steam Generating Unit and one Gas Fired Steam Generating
Unit(Delta V DCS Operating System).
Led operations at a demineralization plant that included four Cation Units and five Anion Units.
Tested the boiler feed water and adjusted chemicals as needed to ensure the highest quality water for the
production of super-heated steam
Controlled field operation of two steam turbine generators including unit startup and shut down
Instrumental in maximizing efficiencies and making necessary field adjustments
