Current status
I have been home in Ireland now since 2005 and it has always been my long
term plan to find work overseas again and aspire to achieve my full
potential. I have learned a lot of management lessons here in Ireland
although they may be on a small scale the lessons are very valuable lessons
and critical to success on any scale. I am in the process of transferring
responsibilities of the business that I am involved in to other family
members.
